Foleys were professional fast and extremely quick and efficient at fixing my recent plumbing emergency. They were super helpful on the phone and had someone come out immediately and resolves the issue . The man and his apprentice that came were polite and pleasant to deal with . Highly recommend
As the first point of contact at Foleys, Helen and Lyn are an absolute testament to your business. Other businesses should take note on their level of Customer service. They also provide amazing services in the field as well IMO at a reasonable rate.
The quality of the work was fine, but I asked the plumber to install a valve to isolate the water to the unit if there wasn't one there. He duly installed a valve a couple of meters away from the existing one (which I found immediately when I went to check on the work), I rather resent paying for unnecessary work.
Every different workman and woman from all of the different rolls were exceptional. The organizational needed to talk to his tradespeople before booking them into time slots with constantly we were told one time that they would be there. Eg told 8am but didn't arrive till 4pm. Apart from that one issue we are really happy with the new bathroom. Once the final 2 tasks paint touchup and shower dome installation. Payment will be once work is completed.
The serviceman was brilliant, arrived promptly, was professional, told me what he thought was the possible issue and sorted the problem. His work was tidy and he was polite,. Super impressed
Plumber arrived on time and was fairly quick at solving the issue but did not discuss repair options with us and replaced parts which have negatively impacted the performance of our shower ever since. Would not recommend.
It is unfortunate that I am writing this comment ,but I feel hard done by after receiving an account for $145.00 for the return of a work person to tighten a tap mixer that was not secured when installed. I trust that anyone else using your services checks that all workmanship done is approved and tested before paying for it.
My plumber went above and beyond. He put in a hose connection that didn’t take too long and the consequences of that is, I didn’t have to carry heavy watering cans to my garden and over the summer was able to grow a very productive garden. This little job was added onto to another job he originally came for. I am an older person and found that the extra service helped me enormously. The plumbers attitude was very professional, timely and his workmanship was excellent.
