The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. When i couldn't find something they went out of their way to help. In the end they found it out the back for me and I was very grateful. The store is immaculate and well presented
All over the store is ok. But the managers do not know how to speak with their staff. I personally saw a manager name ‘ja’ . She think she own the store. Please learn communication skill with your management skill and change your approach towards people.

Everything looking amazing and inviting in this store .From the entrance,layout and display of every product in the store is just a wow factor.Purchased me freshly out of the oven on the day baked High Top white Loafs of bread from the bakery department.Well done Management and especially Bakery & store staff Team for your early morning commitment and late night sacrifices to provide me a wow experience .
I've been here a lot and always choose it over the nearby countdown (which gets 1/5). They always have plenty of checkouts open and the staff are friendly and seem happy and talkative, must be treated well. The bakery is great. Produce is acceptable. The only thing I can't buy there is Sun Rice and their equivalent, Fortune, is so awful that I actually threw the rest of the bag out.

Our local New World and by far, the best. Always clean and we'll stocked. Great layout, friendly staff and very helpful. Generally always has the items I'm looking for and has a good range of items available.
I go there to pick up a few things every few days as its convenient - its not my main shopping supermarket. Overall its a lovely big supermarket, great deli, fresh produce, clean, good service etc but i have to say their meat section is appalling. Their meat is always at least 3-4 days old without it be reduced in price and the quality of some of it especially the steak and schnitzel is awful. One time they had a piece of rump steak that was disgusting, it was fatty and dry and the colour looked like it had already turned - was at least 5 days old. I gave it to the butcher manager and told him and he waited till i'd gone around the corner and put it back on the shelf (coz i checked). Was so bad. It happens all the time not just on that occasion with not selling fresh meat. Tonight again they have meat that's from the 7th and 8th - that's already nearly 4 days old, not reduced. Come on New World Butchery if you dont want sick customers or be reported you need to up your game!!
