Ordered a KitchenAid, buyer beware if it's a pre-order the package will take two weeks to get to you. It might be better to find the product elsewhere if it's on pre-order status. Other than that the customer service has been really friendly and apologetic for the delay. I'd suggest they be more specific on their website in future about delivery times.
Was greeted to the new store as soon as we walked in & directed to the area where I could view what I wanted. The male attendant gave me advise on how to use the item & we left the store satisfied with our purchase & the advice & assistance.
I ordered a knife set and they sent the wrong set, then made me pay to return the set they had incorrectly sent. Beware of online ordering with this business.
My new favourite kitchen shop. An amazing range of glasses and cutlery. Went back a second time after our toaster went toast on us. The young lad had great product knowledge and now we have a super duper toaster. Highly recommend.
