   I visited a few times but never coming back. The customer service was so terrible I lost my words. I bought some plated that were 50% off but when I looked at them under the sunlight at home there were many cracks on them so I went to get a refund. Their response to this was "You don't get a refund for sale items". I told them they didn't have a notice about this anywhere in the shop but was told "It doesn't matter if there are no signs for the sale item return policy, sale items are always no return and refund. They have cracks and that's why it's on sale. Every shop in NZ has the same policy for sale items". When shops have this policy they always have a notice letting customers know this which this shop did not. I continued asking for a refund and was treated as if I didn't have any common sense. At the last minute I finally got all of them refund while she looked at me rudely. She said I shouldn't do this next time, so I said okay but it would be great if there was a notice about the item being faulty and also have a return policy notice. These are things that can be found in pretty much all other shops I have been to but she said it doesn't matter in a rude tone. This is not the way you treat customers and was exeteremly unprofessional. Perhaps she treats people by their race as I can see by the other reviews here. I've been living in Christchurch for 20 years now and it was the worst experience I've ever had.

   My husband and I had a disappointing experience at this Store in Christchurch. We found pricing discrepancies and received unprofessional responses during checkout, including an inappropriate comment allegedly from Sandra (We heard she is the manager/owner).Despite Sandra denying any racism, her lack of customer service skills left us questioning the store's standards. We have shopped there couple of times for supporting local businesses. Honestly, no customer service provided in years. Not meant to be an horrible customer, just the experience left me feeling sick.

   I went into this store to buy something specific that I wanted. Shame the owner was so rude I left without ordering. On the other hand the staff member who served me was amazing.

   I just had the MOST EXCELLENT service here today. I was scoping for a new frypan under the impression I had "killed" mine by leaving it unattended on the hob for ages. She sold me some cleaner, "bar keepers friend" and now I don't need a new pan. However I will be back there and I highly recommend this store. 100% satisfied

   I'm not one for complaining but this just sucks! Yesterday I bought a scales which displayed on the box that they read 0.1 of a gram (the box displayed the scales reading 3.8grams) I decided to purchase this product for coffee dosing. When I got home the scales did not read 0.1 of a gram so I rang and was told I could return them. I went back in and was not offered a refund but an exchange card as the reading was quote "just an example". So the product advertised on the box is misleading correct?? So why couldn't you offer me a refund for a clearly misleading product. Not only did I leave here feeling utterly shocked at your approach to this I felt disregarded and walked on. At first I was stoked to see what coffee equipment you had an offer but I will most definitely look elsewhere. Unbelievably disappointing!
