Their speed of response, keeping to the visit time agreed, the skill level, politeness and the care and tidiness exercised in our home by their staff member Lance was again, in my opinion, superb. It is also my view that their pricing for the job was fair. Although, I hope the need to call on them again doesn’t arise in the near future, should it arise, then I will only be going back to Dewar Appliance servicing, because of my very favourable experience with them, for any issues relating to appliances in the kitchen, laundry etc. Thank you to Lance, Beverly and the team at Dewar. You are a pleasure to deal with.”

I'd been to two other mechanics previously for a service/investigation and they'd do the service, start investigating the issue I'd flagged and then just go, meh, looks like a sensor issue. Pit Stop were the first people to actually look past the surface and try to find the fault. They found it and repaired it in the space of a day for a reasonable price. Yeah my car is old enough to drink in the USA but that doesn't mean its issues are just age-related. Cheers pit stop! You'll be my go-to from now on!”
