   My niece recommended I see these folks. My car developed an intermittent fault where the electrics just crapped out.. I did some simple stuff and was able to get car started etc.. Took car in first thing in the morning and explained situation and symptoms.. We developed a plan for a cost effective diagnostic. After making sure the car was fully 'HOT' returned where the team went to work and poked and prodded.. They could not reproduce the fault but did check more than I could do myself.. Am I pleased? INDEED I AM!! CAnnot ask for more than has been done.. Car may still crap out, however they are happy to help whilst I'm still in Upper Hutt.. Five Stars, Customer focused and provide as much info as they can about what they have found/done etc..

   Went here as a dash light for bulb replacement came on. Was told it would take half an hour, had to go in an hour later to find out they hadn’t looked at it yet. Then had to go in or call 3 times after this to get updates as it had been 4 hours with no contact since dropping car off. Said they would work on it for another half hour then call me. I call them after not hearing anything for another 2 and a half hours but they had closed shop with my car stuck in their garage. Had to call out of work the next day as no car, rung them when they opened the next day and all they said was sorry and explained that they knew what the problem was now. Went in 2 hours later after not hearing anything and they hadn’t even gotten the headlight that was across the road to put in yet. They ended up charging me over $600 for a new headlight even after they costed me a whole days worth of work and stress from having to chase them up every few hours after saying they’d be in contact with me. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, I sincerely hope that they work on fixing their communication and customer service so no one else has to experience this.

   Good professional service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. My only complaint is I had a quote for Unit to be installed and cost more than quote. Apart from that I would go back but with a written signed quote from them, maybe I made a mistake but have used them on several occasions and found the service good

   This business soldered some wiring for me for my workplace headphones Which was a big ask when they don't specifically do that work. Nonetheless they did the work with a no guarantee result.
