   I would highly recommend RFTS for your sewing machine service! I've taken my two sewing machines and overlockers here for years and the service is marvelous, quick turn around, and very reasonably priced. Last week, I'd done some major damage to my machine, but they had it all retimed, replaced the bobbin case, serviced it completely .. and now its sewing like a dream. Thank you sooo much!!

   Russell serviced both my daughters and my own sewing machine. So pleased with the machines and the service that was provided for a very reasonable cost. Both of us received a very cool bag for our foot pedal and cord :)... great guy!!

   I was looking for a Pfaff sewing machine pedal and power plug and was fortunate enough to get both at RFTS.. now I have power I realise it doesn’t go so it’s back in for a service this time. Hopefully they can get it going for minimal cost. I’ll keep you updated.

   Excellent, fast and professional service from Russell at very reasonable rates. Exactly what I was looking for to service & repair my older sewing machine. My machine is sewing beautifully again! These guys operate from a home workshop which makes it really easy to drop off and pick up, even on a Saturday.
