   You might be the greatest in the mechanic business. But whenever I have called you to get estimate item by item you have plainly refused citing busy hours, or we don't do it like that here. I am getting a sense of condescension and the desire to avoid non locals the minute you hear my accent. This has happened a few times and don't worry, I have gotten the best deals elsewhere.

   Legendary service, these guys had me sorted in a pinch and were so easy to deal with. I've only heard good things from the community and their service reflects that. Top spot in Wellington for anything automotive. Especially if you have an old Toyota 4wd.

   Usually have had good service. However last week i was charged 130.00 for a diagnostic test which took them ten minutes. They didn't have a solution for the warning light but still charged the maximum amount . I Will not be returning

My car died at a nearby location - Epuni team were OK to hang onto my vehicle until they had a slot to fix, got it done ahead of quoted schedule, and got me up and running in no time at all, with a very friendly team keeping me up to speed with progress.    I strongly recommend them. I'm new to the area, they are great and explain everything. I was amazed to be shown my old car parts that were replaced. Plus my dog got a treat and I got a chocolate fish. My daughter and my sister are going to go there from now on.

   They serviced the car and highlighted issues from the WoF. It runs very smoothly and price was reasonable. They do little more than the minimum required - not even a courtesy washing down of the car at the end that I would normally get from my previous garage. I was very unimpressed with the attitude of the staff - one in particular came across as rude and unnecessarily combative, didn't seem to understand the concept of "mean time before failure", and more than unprofessional in suggesting that other businesses related to the car (sales and previous services) may have behaved unethically.
