   Good job on fitting the tow bar but lack of respect for personal property one star. You shouldn’t connect your personal Bluetooth to someone else’s car to simply move it around your site, very questionable

   Friendly crew but didn't follow instructions for collecting car, they were still working on it when i arrive to collect it. Had 4 issues to work on, only managed to fix one. Took my car to Midas and managed to resolve the other 3 issues, so unfortunately i wont be returning.

   Dropped my car off in the morning and my car wasn't serviced until the very end of the day. I payed for the ''extensive" service and WOF. My car failed the WOF due to 2 minor issues that took me 5 minutes and a few $$ to resolve, so had to take the car back for the WOF. Then 4 weeks later I had to replace my brakes and rotors as they were so worn, which was expensive. Surely my brake pads were noticeabley worn at the time of the service. Really disappointing. I had booked well in advance also so not sure why it was such a low priority . Won't be using Pit Stop Porirua again.

   They were able to fit me in quickly and turned around the car in a couple of hours. Communication was clear and concise and they checked any spend with me before going ahead and doing it. Will definitely return for other services in the future.
