I didn’t have an appointment and it was a very busy day for them, however they were able to squeeze me in when my tire had punctured! The boss checked it for me during his break, and then fixed the tire so I was able to collect after lunch. Everyone was super friendly & very helpful.
Really nice service, I called in the morning for a diagnostic, they give me an appointment immediately and explain me all about what the issue was and how to fix it. Really lovely people, I recommend!
So I stuffed up an oil change, it helps that you don't go and tighten everything majorly. Reluctantly, I was prepared to get new diff. When I brought my Outlander in, the team sorted things out. Importantly they showed integrity around their repair. The new diff wasn't needed. They could have charged me for more labour and even not be honest about what was needed. I am grateful to them. Yesterday they added a new costumer to their list!

Craig and the team are top notch. I brought it for a brake imbalance they let me take it in the day they were super busy. The found the imbalance and set up date and time to do the repair. Super happy with the repair and the friendly service the provide they go to inifinity and beyond to help you get your car back on the road. We visited a few places and was informed that there was either a waiting period to replace our light of the car or its just too expensive. Then a friend recommended North City Motors, Oh my word! Super amazing service received, not only were they able to squeeze us in before the weekend, they had the part and the price was sooooo much better than the other places. To top it off, the friendly service made it even more better. Highly recommend them :) 5 plus stars and so much more for this team. Thank you to North City Motors for being awesome!
