Excellent customer service. while other businesses make it a condition to have your dryer off the wall before they show up, Philip simply came in, and helped me take it down. Quick and efficient; he explained the problem, and told me how he'll fix it, did so, then helped me hang it back on the wall, and all was done and dusted in under 40min. Thanks again. Go elsewhere if you want the job done safely. While repairing our oven (without turning the power off) he managed to shock himself, creating a huge bang and sending a shower of hot sparks all over our timber floor which has left burn marks all over it that we have been unable to repair. Absolutely appalling and shows a complete lack of professionalism.
Philip has good customer service skills. Prompt service. Happy customer. Even though our appliance was very old, he did give us information on what we needed to know and we now we have a clear understanding of how it works. Thanks Philip, will be keeping your contact in our favourites!

I got in touch with five appliance repair companies to replace an element on our older model oven. Philip got in touch the very next morning and was able to come ASAP but could also reschedule to a time that worked well for me. He showed up on time, took a look and immediately got to work. Knew exactly what he was doing and it took no time at all! He was professional, made everything easy, and was also the cheapest of all the quotes I got. Highly recommend and I would use him again.
Pretty frantic when Dryer went kaput. Really impressed when I called and managed to get this looked at and fixed on the same day instead of waiting days! Excellent service and very efficient. Highly recommended.
You couldn't fault Phillip. We had a brand new Fisher & Paykel Wine fridge that had an intermittent fault. He advised $80 for call out fee to look at it. Arrived on time. Went through a good half an hour of diagnosis. Clearly knew what he was doing. Determined there was a wiring short of some sort. Actually ended up pulling the entire thing apart and found fault in the main wiring harness in the back of the fridge. Unable to repair due to location (wire in back of fridge panel inside insulation). He must have been on site for a good hour and a half but still only charged me the call out fee. Provided me a damage report for insurance. Highly recommend him. A++
