Google says was open. Had to actually drive there to see if it was. Saying that Public Holidays may affect opening hrs, needs to be changed. Name the public holidays you are closed, Clearly, in your ad. Especially for something eg. emergency, breakdown related. Save us all extra expense!
Appalling service. I ordered tyres online and paid via Afterpay. Three days before my booking I realised I’d ordered the wrong size and contacted the store to arrange the correct tyres After my fitting, I was asked to pay again in full, despite my original payment not yet being refunded. The cancellation and refund had not been communicated, so this was a surprise. Staff were blunt and dismissive, with no empathy or effort to resolve the issue. I offered several solutions (waiting for the refund, paying online, paying a 60% deposit, or cancelling the unprocessed refund), all of which were rejected without compromise. The manager, Matthew, was particularly unhelpful and argumentative, stating “Not my fault mate, you ordered the wrong size,” and deflected responsibility by blaming Bridgestone and saying they are “just a franchise.” He was arrogant and unprofessional. I acknowledged my mistake, but the lack of customer service and problem-solving was appauling. There are plenty of tyre shops around, and this is not a good way to look after customers. Upon leaving, I spoke to one of the tyre fitters who was friendly and genuine despite being inconvenienced. Credit to this guy
Had 2 new tyres on my Audi and the Frenchman who said he was Welsh gave excellent advice and sorted me out in double-quick time! Great service! Thanks!
I had an urgent puncture and Bridgestone Northwood were fantastic – they got me back on the road quickly. The staff were very helpful and super friendly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend their service!
The staff at the shop were super friendly and super accomodating! We had a big puncture in our tire and they were able to fix it same day! And when I returned they put the tire back on for me! :) very friendly and easy to deal with all staff were super polite!
First time using the guys at Northwood. These men went the extra mile to talk me through what tyres worked for my vehicle and offered a very quick and friendly service. From the men I talked to on the phone to the guys doing the tyre changeover a massive thanks it was a excellent experience right through. My new go to for these services.

Excellent and friendly service! Ash, the manager, was extremely responsive and helpful. He made sure our burst tyre was replaced as fast as possible (getting the new one delivered by courrier) so that we might continue our road trip without losing too much time. Highly recommended!
