The team came in, did the job (beautifully) and left without a trace (including there own vacuum) :-) The end product is awesome, but the installation was the highlight. Highly recommend.
We had a ducted heat pump system installed by Abode many years ago and it is going strong and keeps the house lovely and warm. Living in Twizel, I phoned Abode to have my daughter's heat pump serviced in Lower Hutt. Vanessa was very pleasant to deal with & very helpful. The serviceman was on time, efficient & friendly. My daughter phoned me when the job was done & was so happy that the house was warm. Very reasonably priced with great service. Highly recommend.

1. Waited 7 weeks to install for 2 heat pum too long 2. Email to company regarding 3 days later for finding the damage as in the photo and no follow up and no response. 3. Reasonable price .

Our Aircon was installed by Abode several years ago and they service annually. Very impressive service all round!
Full house heatpump installation. The installers discovered one wasn't working but left us with it to organise a technician to come look at it. Took just over 4 weeks from install to finally have all units working, with poor (no) communication of expectations/timeframes during that time. Ultimately it is now a good system we are happy with but surely the faulty product should have immediately been replaced before the installers even left?! Isn't that the whole point on testing them before leaving?!
Admin difficult to deal with but happy with repair. They had no record of receiving our payment for initial repair bill even though we paid promptly. When heatpump was getting cleaned, repairer cracked front cover and said they would get Abode to fix. Did not hear back about repair and had to raise issue with them.
What an awesome team. Luke did a fabulous job and explained everything along the way. Even my plumber who was there too, said he learned lots from what Luke was saying and doing. End result a mighty good clean and so much more heat and power coming from the air con unit. Definitely recommend these people to everyone. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks abode.
