   Hi, I had no plans to change my tires at the meantime. However, I booked my car for WOF at Tony's lower Hutt. During the wof, someone called me reported that my car needs 2 tires to pass the wof but ideally I should change the 4 tires. He mentioned that he had a special offer for me with 200$ each tire. I didn't have a chance to look online or get an online quote. I asked him to change only 2 tires to pass the wof and I'll do the other 2 tires later. I paid 400$ for that. On the next day I had an online quote from you guys with 164$ each for the same tire at the same branch. Which was great but I was really annoyed because I had to pay 70$ extra for the one I just did. Can you please ask your team to consider at least giving the same price for the online quotes. I didn't like the guy saying it's a special offer and charging me 70$ extra just because I had no option or time as he said he will fail the wof if I didn't change the tires. Thanks!

   After purchasing x4 new tyres and along with this purchase I brought a tyre cover plus. Reading through the terms of conditions, these were simple and understanding however, my car failed its WOF due to unrepairable puncher, a repairable puncher and x2 deformed tyres (all tyres were still 4mm of depth) which were covered under this tyre cover warranty. I supplied the WOF sheet which showed this and driving the car was obvious there were issues but when I brought this up with the guy at the front desk, I was told that I had to purchase x4 new tyres and all these other tyres would have to be sent to Auckland for inspection by a tyre specialist and from here I might be refunded. It did not say in the terms about this and if I knew that I had to buy new tyres and could be refunded then I wouldn't have bothered buying this warranty. Infact, instead the staff allowed me to leave quite upset and still no tyres. I will be recommending no one use this company again and I definitely won't be back. Firstly, why send them to Auckland as I thought this company were the tyre experts and second, the people who failed my WOF didn't need to send the tyres away to make sure they were a fail. They are the wof experts and their opinions matter over a tyre shop obviously for wof reasons

   Terrible service. I dropped in for a simple puncture repair, but was told I had to make a booking for the following day because they were too busy. Fair enough, so I made an appointment for the following morning. When I arrived for my booking, I was told to leave it there and come back 3 hours later because of "all the cars in the queue ahead of me". What's the point of even making a booking then? This is for the car which has our baby seat installed, so I can't just leave it in town for half a day, which I had explained to them the day before. There was also no mention when making the booking that it would take hours for them to even start work on a simple puncture repair. They wouldn't budge on this, the guy serving me even became belligerent and told me he "can't work miracles", so I walked out. Down the road to Beaurepaires Alicetown, who repaired my tyre on the spot - 40 minutes and I had my car back. I guess "miracles" are possible then?

   It was easy to book through the call centre and they’re open on a Sunday. Communication was great and they have Afterpay which made paying for my new $310 tyre sting a little less.

   Friendly team. Didn’t get a call when my repair was ready however (despite advising I was heading out of Wellington that evening (I called to follow up and was told it’s ready). Otherwise no problem. FYI Price for a puncture repair is $47 (couldn’t see anywhere on the website where it advises)
