Start with the service are bad. They try to push us to order more from the beginning. Self-service for takeaway box and add water. Never had this service in any of Yumcha. Food!! Are bad. We ordered Fried noddles with beef and it not tasty, really dry tell the auntie in front desk. Ordered steamed bun for my kid, get it before we ready to go. We have been told the car only come out on Weekend, but today is 2nd of January, same as Weekend. They don't accept the feedback. It wried. Never come back again. Never!!!!!

I am not happy with the customer service and I am going to put a complaint with dispute tribunal with all the evidence I have got. We went there for lunch and I request for tap water since we have a 2 year old kid and I am myself pregnant who avoids tea. When I paid, i got charged for tea fee. I asked the counter why I got charged for tap water, she said tap water is not free and therefore i got charged. She gave me $2 back for my son since he is under 8. We went there a few times with other families (ordering tea since others want it so we just go along but did not really drink any), and my son has always been charged for tea. Only now I know kids are not charged for tea/water etc. The menu states nothing of tap water charge. This is obviously against the consumer act and the fair trading act since we paid for something not declared explicitly anywhere. It may be a small amount of penny but I will follow with the case. If consumers go easy, they will keep doing it.

Good food and good service You have to order on a piece of paper before the food gets pushed out on a trolley to your table Didn’t take too long for food to arrive and they all tasted good Lots of people so try to come earlier or be prepared to wait a bit

A Culinary Journey: Cantonese Yum Cha by Day, Chew Style Delights by Night This Chinese restaurant offers a delightful dual experience. Lunchtime brings the bustling energy of Cantonese yum cha, with a wide variety of dim sum to choose from. While incredibly busy, the efficient service ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience. Evenings transform the space into a haven of Chew style cuisine. The menu is extensive, offering plenty of variety. We were particularly impressed by the generous portion sizes and the overall quality of the food. The Chew style duck is a must-try – a standout dish that perfectly showcases the restaurant's culinary expertise. Friendly and helpful staff complete the picture, making this a highly recommended spot for both lunch and dinner.

I wanted a Sour Fish Hotpot, but the server tried to convince me to have a steamed fish instead, citing various reasons. He didn't make it clearThere was a misunderstanding as I thought they meant steaming the Sour Fish Hotpot. Eventually, they served me a steamed fish, and when I asked them to switch back to the Sour Fish Hotpot, they seemed dissatisfied and said steamed fish is healthier. In the end, they added the soup from the Sour Fish Hotpot to the steamed fish, but it wasn't the authentic Sour Fish Hotpot. It was a disappointing experience, too fishy.

Came 3x for Yum Char already, all not disappointed, seating space are good, service is not bad, definitely will come back again. The restaurant do not take booking for small table (10 people less).

Very spacious restaurant with a generous variety of dishes. The staff was very kind, but there were some language barrier issues. I think coming here with someone who can speak Chinese would definitely help enhance your overall dining experience. I had to pull out my broken Cantonese just to convey what I wanted at several moments. I didn't give this place five stars only because for the number of tables and seats at this restaurant, their parking lot is clearly not big enough. I went during the weekday in the evening, but I can imagine a lot more cars during lunchtime on the weekends.

Nice place, better than i expected and was busy enough for mid week evening dinner. We enjoyed the Peking duck, nice crispy skin but the second course lettuce wraps was just ok. Overall I'd still come back to try more dishes.

We came on a Wednesday night for dinner, as this place is always busy in the weekends for Yum Cha and dinner. The food came out quickly and was really good value for money. The portions are big and the food tasty. Service was good. Parking can be challenging here if it's full.
