   Waiting to check in at the Cordis Hotel next door, I didn’t feel like paying hotel lunch prices. Instead, I grabbed a $10 butter chicken and rice bowl with a Just Juice for $4. Service was very fast, the portion was generous, and for the price it was excellent value. It’s not the best butter chicken I’ve ever had, but it was tasty, satisfying, and definitely filled my tummy. Great spot if you’re after a quick, affordable meal nearby.

   Kebab King is hands down one of my favorite spots. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and filling – they never disappoint.    Monday 22/9/2025 Approximately 540pm RUDE STAFF I am a Muslim traveller and only eat halal food on my travels. Since there was no halal certificate display in the shop, I asked the staff (a male South Asian) whether the meat was halal, he said yes. But when I asked him whether he is a Muslim, he got offended and chased me out from the shop. What is his problem?! RUDENESS to the max! He DOESNT OWN the shop! I was hungry on a rainy evening, how dare he? To the top management people, please BRIEF the staff accordingly on CUSTOMER SERVICE. It seems that he doesnt like his job, totally not suitable to work in the service industry. I have never come across such hostile/atrocious behaviour of F&B staff until now. And please review what kind of staff you’re hiring. I have zero tolerance to this nonsense. BOYCOTT!

   Ordered the lamb kebab. For a Three star reviewed place, I thought I’d get something average, but I have to say it was a disappoint. It lacked flavors and the meat was quite dry. Maybe their other meat or dishes are better? This place is open late, and that’s about the only reason I went here, because nothing else was open nearby. Looks like lots delivery guys picking up food from here late night.

   Ordered off Uber eats and to be honest this is the WORST kebab on rice meal you could ever eat. The hummus was basically a soup, the meat was dry and chewy. The salad looked unappealing & to have payed $24.97 which you could almost go and buy a restaurant meal at this price is day light robbery. Wouldn’t care less for a refund but I think changes are needed because this is a simply a joke.

   Been ordering from here quite frequently for years now, and their kebab on chips are unmatched! Very generous portions & reasonably priced! Extremely filling & tasty! My most recent experience however was slightly underwhelming as a lot of the meat in the dish was so huge that it could’ve passed as a meatball, and I even detected some pinkness. But I brushed this off as a one-off experience as generally speaking, this place has been very consistent over the years. Quick service, available on Uber Eats & open late to satisfy those midnight cravings!
