This is suppose to be a family pack, a family pack that doesn’t even feed a family. Appalling! Food was greasy, more batter than there was fish and the fish wasn’t fresh. Was gross! They use to be good so not sure what’s happened. Won’t be going back that’s for sure.
Not sure what’s happened to this place but everything has gone downhill. They don’t pickup there calls when you ring I assumed they were really busy only to just end-up going in and saw they were completely empty. Customer service isn’t the best and the portion sizes for the deals have gone so small especially the fish n chips! Will be going back to our original place across the road.
I just bought a 18dola family combo and the x4 fish was raw the potatoes fritters were half cooked the crab sticks were disgusting and the size of my pack was like a 5dola hot chips size. Very disappointed. I won't be going back.
Great, price, always consistent, well cook and tasty. Always polite. For fish n chips they're the best.
Cooking oil needs changing. Chips were soggy, mussels were off, could not eat them. Fish was nice but again dirty oil. The whole place needed cleaning. I will not return.
I went there today, quality of chips and fritters is tiny as i asked for $5 chips and got $3 worth and it's gross now, the lady there also has bad customer service please go find another job if you are unhappy to serve customers,.. yuck fish n chips never going back there again. not worth the money the quantity and quality taste is not worth your hard earned money. If you want repeat customer show respect in the food you make for your customers we ain't animals to eat your scrap foods is what ours looked like today..
Definitely our new go to fish n chip shop! Fresh fish, fresh chips! fresh oysters! And they drain the oil out of the food really good too so its not all paper and grease like some places! Prices are really good too! Awesome! Please don't change!
