“Very well laid, friendly staff. Efficient service”
“Great little place to eat. Beautiful food. Efficient staff. Will definitely be back.”
“All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and take their jobs seriously. The place is clean, tidy and has a great atmosphere. I usually eat in the separate area upstairs which is a more quieter , away from the hustle and bustle. Also there is a great little spot for young children to play while you eat. Their french toast dish is presented beautifully and very satisfying as it comes with bacon as well. Our favourite is the potato hash, it's a very generously sized dish with varying textures and tasty complementary flavours. Their blueberry cheesecake is the perfect balance of real fruit, textures and richness and flavour. With amazing customer service to boot - This is a Onehunga Gem!”
“We had an amazing time at the cafe. The manager was very helpful with my questions and very accommodating with our requests. The friendly Manager recommended the Chef's Salmon Pasta. And it was absolutely delicious!! The menu looks amazing with loads of unique take on our regular dishes we find in the local cafes. They also had really nice pantry food. And the dessert looked amazing! Highly recommended!”
“Look. If you want to feel looked after and have a good feed come here. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious, second time being here and it’s still as good as the first time. I came back the second time because I knew that this place would be outstanding. I made good memories here with friends. Not gonna lie, this will be the worst part about leaving NZ. So if you come to Auckland and don’t want delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere to have a few pints in, aswell as be treated so bloody well by the staff. Go somewhere else.”
“Our dinner at Mumbaiwala was lovely. Great atmosphere and the food was delicious. The only reason that I gave 4 stars and not 5 for food was because they made my friends curry hot when she wanted mild, and my curry was mild when I wanted hot. We switched dishes as they were very busy! Our bill for 4 with alcohol was $292 but was $198 after our discount. Awesome. We had appetizer's and mains and everything was delicious! Highly recommend.”
“I had an amazing dining experience at Asahi. The food was authentic and beautifully presented, with every bite bursting with flavor. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the variety of dishes on the menu was impressive. The staff were attentive and friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. If you’re looking for a true taste of Japan, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”
“Quite likely the best seafood pasta I’ve ever had. Incredible service, atmosphere was beautiful and presentation was 11/10. Will 100% be back because the cabinet food looked unreal! A great example of a hospo venue nailing all bases.”
“"I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Stone Cow Cafe and was delighted to find out that they offer art classes! For only $60, you can enjoy a drink of your choice while getting creative with the art supplies provided. The art pieces that adorned the walls added to the already inviting and creative atmosphere. The service was fantastic, and the food was delicious. It's great to see a local business that not only offers great food and service but also promotes the arts in the community. I highly recommend checking out The Stone Cow Cafe for a fun and unique experience. Let's support local businesses that offer creative and engaging activities for our community. Five stars from me! “I recently hosted a function in the restaurant and was very impressed with the service as well as the quality. Nothing was too much to ask. The food was simply delicious! Thank you Jessica and Vincent for your hospitality.”
“Got a vegan chocolate plum cake. Highly recommend. It was so good with perfect sweetness. Doesn't taste vegan at all. Amazing quality for the price!”
“A lovely little eatery. Really friendly and professional staff, delightful ambience. Food was incredible, highly recommend the spicy mushrooms!”
“What a magic way to start your day. On the brink of summer, with the sun just rising, sitting with a tulip cup of perfectly brewed caffeine goodness, watching the workday week crowd hustle and the rest, actively relax. Happiness is a spot on the deck, people watching and sitting with friends appreciating where you are. The staff, attentive and friendly, the food, pricey but worth it.”
“Fantastic new owner! Always happy to chat. Better prices than most places too.”
“A must visit place!!!! Best coffee ive tasted. Love the coffee aroma once you entered the store. We ordered the Boss breakfast and the pancake. They are Very generous and i have nothing to say about the presentation. To add to that, The staff are so friendly too. You also dont have to worry about the parking space.”
“I have been a loyal customer of Bin Inn Browns Bay once a week for 3-4 years and I have always received the most kind and helpful service from the owner and his wife they have a very large selection of herbs, spices and hard to find Asian grocery products they also have the lowest prices I have come across for all their stock 11/10! Very happy customer!”
“Yesterday, I came to buy pizza from your store with my family. We really liked the way the turbaned guy spoke and his service. the second best thing was that I liked the pizza he made. We want such service in our Manurewa city so that we can sit with our family and enjoy eating your pizza. Thank you.”
“Learned about this hidden gem from family and friends, and dropped by for lunch after picking up groceries. The chicken and squid karaage had the perfect balance of crunch and tenderness, while the egg and potato salad was a particularly inspired compliment. Loved the calm, cosy vibes of the premises, too - mix of indoor, shaded and outdoor seating available.”
“Love this store . Its like a temu shop i always find items that I didn't realize I needed. It's not just a food market it offers nifty storage options at reasonable prices, bathroom items, make up, some great looking crockery with really cool designs, they have hair care, skin care , stationery, stickers and a lot more . The food market side of this shop offers great selection of items, Great pricing . Well organized shop Staff are very helpful especially the young man who has a voice made for radio.”
“Nice fresh produce , well priced”
“Good spacious cafe and bar with great cabinet selection. However, the product and display's name were inconsistent so we ordered the wrong thing (we looked at the name). Ordered a mocha but it was so bitter, not my taste personally. The staff was friendly.”
“Great little restaurant, with a great family team. Really enjoyed the food here after someone recommended this place to me. So far one of the top places I've been too for Indian street food dishes! Great pricing and service. See my photos for sizes of portions and menu. Therw is plenty off street parking incl a few spots right in front of the restaurant.”
“Popped in very close to closing time without a booking and they kindly let us dine. We felt like something light and fresh so we got the wontons, kimchi and a couple of the salads - all the ingredients were so fresh and delicious! I have been to Blue Breeze Inn many times over the years and it has never disappointed. Yummy food, lovely atmosphere, exceptional service always. Highly recommend.”
“Very cosy and chill vibe. Nice menu and just a cool place to hang out and meet up!”
“Great Japanese-style food with authentic flavors! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. A fantastic dining experience overall!”
“We really liked kind - so much, that we went there three times. We had great breakfast (pancakes and avocado on sourdough) and pastries (scones, pain au chocolate, savory muffin with caramelised onions, vegan meat pie with vegan cheese and vegan sausage roll). They also have lots of milk options available, one of them being macadamia milk which I’ve never seen before (oat tastes better in my humble opinion). They also offer “yesterday’s baked goods” at a discounted price that taste just as good. Definitely a must if you’re in Auckland!”
“Good price and there are a lot of things here.”
“We exchanged e-mails several times because I ordered an item that was not in stock. They responded kindly to various questions and requirements that might be cumbersome. Thank you, Kate, for coming out and responding to me even when I was picked up at the warehouse. I don't think we can see such kindness and response in Auckland these days.”
“Definitely the best (and most beautiful) sushi I ever had. If you have a few minutes you should eat in the seating are which is located upstairs in a business lounge with a glass front facing the harbour. The prices start at 1,50$ for the basic ones and they also have other options than sushi (e.g. Edamame, seaweed salad etc.) Totally recommendable!”
“Love the spot. Not the first and certainly not the last time we came in for a brunch with friends to enjoy the delicious food and atmosphere, personally love the outdoor area, however, the place has ample of space for any taste and preferences.”
