   Love the Albert’s post! Recently became our new local and love that it is dog friendly!! Food, drinks and staff are all amazing.We LOVE the pub quiz night, we go every Tuesday and think it’s so well set up! Our team loves it whether we win or lose!!

   Came for Metallica stayed for the food! Popped into Albert's for a quiet dinner and was not disappointed. Staff, atmosphere, prices and food were all on point. Highly recommend.

   Went here for a quiet dinner date. Food was very good. Great size portions and well presented. Staff were friendly and didn't even push us to leave when we stayed 30 minutes past their usual closing time.

   We're staying at the Mt.Albert Motel lodge for a few days and was looking for somewhere to eat for dinner, didn't take long till we bumped into this place. Just 2 min walk from our room, I order chicken parmigiana kids cheese burger combo. Dessert in photos, forgot what they were called. Nice eatery with inviting decor, pool table tvs and it was quiz night today (Tuesday). Food was delicious, service was great especially from the main server (guy) 23.7.2024 6:40pmish and the lady with her son I think. Family friendly environment, many thanks.

   Previously have stayed away from Alberts Post Bar for food, it never hit the mark / lacked however maybe there has been a change in ownership because I recently visited and had the steak - it was cooked perfectly, the flavours were on point and overall it was an excellent meal. Also had the apple tart, very yummy! The service was great too, friendly and prompt. Will definitely be going back!

   It’s a relaxing environment to hang out, even saw parents bringing their primary school aged kids here while they’re having drinks. Ordered calamari, was good but just a few pieces. Apple crumble cake with ice cream, hmm didn’t taste that good, a little soggy. Since this place is called both a bar and a eatery, I had expectation for their food at this place.

   This is my favorite restaurant in Auckland. I've never been disappointed with the food here. The ribs are absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is really great. They also host trivia nights
