“Nestled in beautiful surrounds . A lovely view of the sky tower and sun dawning on the new day . I'm here at 8 am , very peaceful, gentle sunshine streaming in . A beautiful start to the day with coffee and lovely surroundings.”
“Awesome food and coffee.. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Titirangi!”
“We had a birthday dinner for my mum and the food and drinks were amazing. I had the passionfruit mocktail which was out of this world! Tried a variety of dishes and enjoyed all of them. The pork was succulent, the octopus was soft and delicious. Fish burger and truffle fries with Parmesan to die for. This is a beautiful restaurant atmosphere with excellent food and drink options and would highly recommend”
“Great place for a relaxed coffee ☕ Had a flat white and it was marvelous. They have a very pleasant garden inside, but it got a bit too hot, so I moved to another side - perfect for people watching. And they have a free WiFi”
“Tried the Bethells and Wigmore burgers from here and enjoyed both. The bun was good quality and burgers decently sized. Only open Thurs - Sat in the evening so make sure to check their opening hours beforehand.”
“Amazing food. Amazing service. I booked through the “first table app” for something new and different. If it wasn’t for the “first table app” I wouldn’t have discovered this little gem. I wasn’t expecting such delicious food. Very tasty and comforting food. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family. I hope to be back again for the cream brûlée because it was to die for. The only down side is it’s noisy depending on the day you go, parking can be difficult and the bathroom is not maintained properly but other than that the place is perfect.”
“Great evening Food was delicious & well presented - some exceptional eg whole fish Had cocktails. . Mine was nice, blue! But a little too sweet. Nice decor - colorful, very Thai, & arty. Highly recommended”
“HOTCAKES & THE GRILL - Recommended dishes here. Recommend going when it is less busier as the service was top notch on Monday brunch, which was a big contrast to Saturday brunch where we weren't attended to. I think this is reflected in some of the reviews. Today we had Top notch service! They had fire places nearby tables which made it nice and warm on a chilly morning. Food portions were huge and we left feeling very satisfied! I would say one of the top brunch spots in Auckland CBD!”
“Fantastic store. Produce was of beautiful quality and the items I purchased were cheaper than the supermarket. Great selection. Well set-out store. Friendly staff. Worth the extra time on the motorway.”
“Coffee is great and the slices are delicious! I forgot the name of the slice I got but it was soft, moist, not too sweet, rich and went great with my coffee.”
“Very clean and stylish Cafe. Good coffee. Was the only couple there on a quiet Saturday morning. Great vibe and food was great will definitely be back.”
“The staff were really knowledgeable and helpful towards our concerns while picking out a wine. They have a great selection, and helped us understand vegan wines.”
“My first time which my sister introduced me here - the staff were lovely and attentive . The eggs food was unforgettably delicious as well as their cappuccino. Highly recommend coming here . Thank you for having us”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Outstanding Experience — Joe’s Garage Has Our Hearts! We first discovered Joe’s Garage in Queenstown and instantly fell in love — the food, the layout, the vibe… everything was perfect. But the real star for us was the pancakes, which our daughter adored. For a whole year she talked about them and couldn’t wait to go back as we were from Auckland. So when we found out there was a Joe’s Garage in Silverdale, we were thrilled — even though we live all the way in Henderson, we were more than happy to make the trip. We finally arrived, excited and ready… only to learn that the famous pancakes are only served before 5pm, and we had arrived at 6:30pm. Our daughter was devastated, and honestly, so were we. But this is where the magic happened. Our wonderful server Tyra (who was also managing that evening) could see how much it meant to our daughter. We politely asked if there was any chance the chef might be able to make an exception. Instead of giving us a flat no, Tyra said, “Let me see what I can do.” She went to speak with the kitchen team, and came back with the most heartwarming news — their chef Hunter was willing to make a fresh batch of pancakes from scratch, just for our daughter. We were genuinely moved. This wasn’t standard service — this was above and beyond. Tyra’s kindness, and Hunter’s willingness to go out of his way, created a moment our family will never forget. Because of this experience, Joe’s Garage will forever have a special place in our hearts. Wherever we see a Joe’s Garage in the world, we’ll be loyal supporters — and our daughter will too. A massive thank you to Tyra (server & manager) and Hunter (chef) for turning a sad moment into such a beautiful memory. You made our daughter’s day, and ours. ❤️ Ray from Henderson”
“The food was wonderful and the view was beauiful (specially on a sunny day).”
“Quick service and excellent cafe.”
“My first choice when it comes to American snacks and baking ingredients. It used to have a lot Children theme birthday party accessories, but today I went and not much left. They sell lots in bulk, so great for goody bag or party favour gift.”
“Such a beautiful little shop! delicious big breakfast with my taste coffee ☕️,very friendly staff. Highly recommended to all.”
“The staff was really helpful and friendly. It has various goods from Asia, including indonesia, malaysia, and philippine. I found all necessary spices to cook traditional Indonesian food in this shop.”
“Very nice cafe in the city. People there are super friendly and nice! Smoked salmon in the egg Benedict was my highlight, will definitely recommend! The miso brownie is also one of my favorites, very unique taste and delicious!”
“Great little Irish Pub tucked away down a side alley in Newmarket. It was the perfect stop for a restful lunch and drink after shopping up a storm at the Newmarket mall. Great, friendly service. Meals were fantastic and reasonably priced. We enjoyed steak and the special of the day Beef Thai Salad. Will definitely stop in again!”
“We had a wonderful dining experience. The place seemed more like a bar at first, but the food truly amazed me. The focaccia was soft and airy, and the steak was juicy and fresh. Everything was full of flavor, and I especially loved the salad and the paper corn sauce! The manager kindly agreed to let us sit outside and even turned on the cool fire heater, although it did take a bit of time to warm up in the freezing winter! We loved the experience and will definitely come back to dine at this place again.”
“The insane wings are very hot dont eat them but nice normal wings and have the most spice anywhere finishing these aint easy but they need to make a hotter wing”
“Good range of products. Fruit and vegetables seem well priced. Products displayed nicely. Products not found in supermarket is a bonus”
“Woolworths Waiata Shores in Takanini is one of the most impressive and forward-thinking supermarkets in South Auckland. It’s not just a place to shop—it’s part of a larger, eco-conscious development that blends sustainability with everyday convenience. From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice how clean, tidy, and well-organized the store is. The wide aisles, modern fixtures, and inviting layout make for a calm and enjoyable shopping experience. Shoppers often praise the helpful and friendly staff, as well as thoughtful touches like kid-sized trolleys, which make it easier for families to bring their little ones along. What really sets this Woolworths apart, however, is its commitment to sustainability. It holds the distinction of being Auckland’s first supermarket to receive Green Star accreditation, which reflects its environmentally responsible design. The building is fitted with solar panels that generate a portion of its power, along with advanced refrigeration systems that use natural refrigerants. Energy-saving LED lights, water-efficient taps, and even digital shelf labels all contribute to a greener operation. The store also offers EV charging stations and bike parking, making it easier for customers to choose sustainable transport options. In terms of product range, the store has everything you’d expect and more—from fresh produce and a well-stocked bakery to an in-store pharmacy and online order pickup services. It’s strategically located at the entrance of the Waiata Shores development, which is a thoughtfully planned community with parks, walkways, and cafes, creating a welcoming neighborhood hub for locals. Overall, Woolworths Waiata Shores is a great example of how supermarkets can combine excellent service, cleanliness, and convenience with serious environmental efforts. Whether you’re doing your weekly grocery run or picking up a few essentials, this store makes the experience smooth, pleasant, and sustainable.”
“Great coffee ☕️ highly recommended this place, small cafe but don’t let that put you off. Well worth the stop”
