“From the time I walked into this store to the time I left, I deeply felt the very professional and friendly five-star (warming, caring, attentive, sincere, loving) service provided by the store clerk Michael. He knew exactly what we needed and responded to the children's questions patiently and kindly. He always puts a smile on his face and makes us feel a friendly shopping environment. It also allows us to buy the shoes we want quickly and correctly. This is a shoe store that is trustworthy and worth going to again.”

“My nan runs the place lovely lady honest, Always making others laugh makes fair prices for clothes, she's very posh so only great quality's don't hate at them as most brands are 30-60 dollars more. She googles the true price of items I know as sometimes I come to work and help do the googleing and just because you don't have most ney on you for the clothes don't hate she's lovely and all the employees and workers. I was unsure which size I would need and she happily found pairs in a similar style for me to try. She then took it a step further and offered to order them for me. At no time did I need to prompt her for further assistance. She exceeded my expectations...thank you so much.”

“Upmarket Mercy Opp Shop on Ponsonby Rd. Friendly staff with good energy & helpful & cheerful . I always buy something everytime I go there . Parking outside , free for a quick visit. High end second hand items, not the cheapest but have a lot of decent quality items. Always have customers visiting & in a nice area surrounded by lots of shops .”

“Visited the store last week on the weekend and loved the service, although the other customers were a bit inconsiderate, unfolding clothes and then placing it down in a random spot elsewhere, the staff were still very patient and kind. “I find Pestrol a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is of a high standard, patient, polite, respectful, friendly & helpful. I find high standards in customer care not as common as it used to be with people not being able to focus & answer questions fully, but that is not the case here! They also include free gifts for orders over certain amounts (which I didn't know, so when my parcel arrived it felt like Christmas)! I wish the women who serve me by email & phone get well deserved pay raises. Due to all these positives, I will remain a loyal customer in future - I have no reason not to.”

“Went in over the weekend and was served by J'Vonte, I asked to try a specific pair which didnt end up fitting the shape of my foot well and upon asking for J'Vonte's recommendations within the same brand I was bought out a few options to choose from which ended up fitting me waaaay better and also being much comfier too! I was pleasantly surprised by the level of insight the team have into their product. There's defo good service and advice out there for people who are willing to look for it, and I didn't have to look far with the team at platypus Riccarton! Awesome work!”
