   Bad customer service. Entered the store 06/04/25 at around @05:00pm, no greetings whatsoever and they didn't bother to ask if we needed help. (it was just us in the store).My mum was looking for a size and the staff (lady with long black hair wearing glasses) was literally behind her rearranging and stacking shoes but didn't even offer to help and we could feel that she was annoyed because we keep putting the shoes back in the wrong place, bear in mind we were struggling to find the right shoes and sizes but even so this lady still didn't say anything.We didn't know at first that she was a staff member because she didn't even talk to us and when we finalise realise she was, we started asking her questions and her reply was just so rude like she didn't even want to help us at all. So we just left. We wanted to buy shoes but seems like your staff didn't want to make sales at all. Overall bad customer service.

   From the time I walked into this store to the time I left, I deeply felt the very professional and friendly five-star (warming, caring, attentive, sincere, loving) service provided by the store clerk Michael. He knew exactly what we needed and responded to the children's questions patiently and kindly. He always puts a smile on his face and makes us feel a friendly shopping environment. It also allows us to buy the shoes we want quickly and correctly. This is a shoe store that is trustworthy and worth going to again.

   Michael (the staff), best customer experience I’ve in a while or ever in a retail shoe store. Best Skechers shoe shop service for me. I can feel like Michael love what he is doing, putting himself in customer’s shoes. I definitely will go buy from that store regularly. Hope he will be recognised by his peers. From a business perspective, I was coming to change my slip ons as it was too big when buying online, he recommend some good deal sales which added revenue for Skechers so that’s cool. But he is selling thinking it’s best deal for customers too which I agreeed it a best socks deals. Thank you thank you and thank you.

   My wife went to Henderson Sketches on Saturday 21/01/23 and came and got me as the sales girl said there was a 40% sale on. I went back to the store with my wife and was initially served by an attractive girl with a pleasant smile (same one that served my wife in the first instance). The sale (two pairs of shoes $209.98) was completed by the other sales girl with the rude demeanor. My wife asked nicely if we could leave the boxes behind and she said if we didn't take the boxes it would void the warranty. I'm very familiar with the Consumer Guarantees Act and I know shop assistance don't get the opportunity to make up the terms of the Act to customers, and there is no mention of shoe boxes voiding the guarantee if left behind. Adding insult to the lies about the warranty being void, the 40% has turned into 20%. I don't appreciate being lied to and would like a refund for the missing 20%. We are considering returning the shoes under the 30 day return policy. The Star is for my patience in dealing with a miserable liar, plus I needed to give the star to complete the post. Will go to Westgate next time.
