Its a very big outlet with many options, I suggest having a brief look online and if the items you want are in stock before going. The two workers that were present were amazing and I appreciated their help and customer service! They were super sweet and extra helpful than normal retail service workers. I would recommend!
Been coming here for years. My experience here is always so amazing as per usual. The ladies are so amazing to talk to. and super friendly. My favourite Glassons store for sure. highly recommend.

Customer service where? No where to be found in this store. How many staff have I come across with the rudest attitude or a can’t be bothered look. Honestly purchased nothing after the lady at the changing room rolled her eyes when I kindly let her know how much clothes I had to try on. Yes I understand everyone has bad days but it’s like a constant grey cloud here. Need to do better or hire better customer service ladies.
Ok but I accidentally got the wrong sized pants because it said size 14 on them but looked at the tag and was size 6? I went back in to exchange them and we can’t exchange them for another size because it’s an outlet? Like ok, that’s pretty dumb but Onehunga Glassons is also an outlet and I’ve exchanged many of items there and have not had a single problem! Stupid policy considering Onehunga’s an outlet!
Always a must visit when clothes shopping. My 1st stop, always a bargin to be had here. Loads of stock & great customer service too.
