Have used this chemist many times during the week and have always rated their service. Weekends or Sundays in particular are a different story. While waiting and waiting for my script it was clear I was not the only frustrated customer.
I am in dunedin for a working holiday and I recently came into life pharmacy for a perfume gift, this young lady Sophie was very helpful with testing the samples for me and finding the perfect scent for an old lady like me. 10/10 customer service.

Got our 6yo daughters ears pierced one by one. Bridget and Crystal were amazing, very kind and patient while our daughter took a minute and some expected crying between each ear. Totally recommended, the kindest and skilled people ever!
Friendly staff. Very quick to get in medicines they may not have in stock. The pharmacists go out of their way to be helpful, and are particularly understanding & non-judgmental (esp with those types of things that the rest of NZ's medical system so often handles disastrously)
Center city pharmacy in by new world. Fantastic staff and range. Love that I get vouchers here often and free stuff with my purchases

Outstanding customer service from both the retail staff and pharmacist. They took the time to listen to what the issue was that required treatment and then spent time explaining what products to use and how to apply them.
