    Staff laughed with each other when my dad asked one of them if there was any clothing in the same style but with lighter/ thinner fabric, they didn’t realise I was his daughter and in earshot. I have been to this specific cotton on a total of one time and this is what we were met with. Extremely unprofessional behaviour.

    I always get amazing customer service when in this shop the girls there are helpful and make the shopping experience quite enjoyable all round. Was in a few days ago and witnessed a customer giving the girls that work there a hard time about a sign, when one of them apologised and tried explaining what the sign was for the customer continued swearing and just being rude to the girls, even pulling the finger at them. However I believe the girls handled the situation maturely.

    Went in the other day and was served by the most beautiful young blonde women. She was genuinely so kind and so helpful and made me feel GREAT when purchasing. They weren't very busy so I did get lots of help but I am so appreciative of the staff, you could tell they genuinely cared about there work
