As much as I love pagani, and the clothes they stock, I was really unhappy with my service today on the 3/1/25 around 12-12:30. Wasnβt even greeted or looked at by staff. I would have found some help really beneficial as I have a wedding to attend and wasnβt too sure what I was looking for. Not one of the girls said a word or even looked at me, they just keeped talking to each other and laughing. I found a few dresses and tried them on and whilst changing all I could hear was the two girls laughing, one of them was even in the changing room trying a dress on and another was complementing her on how hot she looked. I can fully appreciate a fun working environment, but when not even approaching a customer or doing their job properly itβs sad to see. Went into city chic and was immediately helped, walked out with a dress for the wedding and felt way better about my shopping experience.

I bought a dress for my wifeβs birthday however it did not fit so we had to return it. The staff were so lovely and explained to us that they no longer had the dress instore anymore. However they helped us find a new one which we love even more! The ladies were so awesome and helpful! They handled my return so well and my wife loves her new dress!

Staff were less than helpful (very busy on their phones) And when they were attempting to be helpful there comments were actually just rude. Leaving me feeling uncomfortable and like I am not good enough to shop there. Maybe some retraining in customer service and people skills will be helpful. Left and went to the one in town and brought what I wanted there. Customer service was 110% better
