“Could not recommend this centre enough. My 2 children were there for over 3 years and they absolutely thrived. The centre manager & all the teacher go above and beyond for all the children. Their resources are amazing, the kids would always come home telling me all the new/different activities they’d do. We will miss Active Explorers Farnborough so much.”
“This garden is absolutely fabulous. With moving tree limbs and over sized things it’s definitely a step into a world of wonder. The door is very much the big attraction but a few other things looted around the gardens edges that are also over sized makes an equal photo opportunity also”
“Impressed that we could bring the dogs for a walk, it has benches for those who want to relax and watch the ducks. Beautiful mature trees and tranquil setting with we'll maintained walkways and a magical waterfall next to a long flight of stairs which takes your up to a children's playground and an outdoor Adults gym.”
“An excellent trip. We had a great experience with a large pod of dolphins for about an hour. Staff were helpful a d friendly. Highly recommend.”
“Fabulous family activity!! We have been in a few times with our kids and love these escape rooms! They are so detailed and clever but great for children with some adult help. Staff are always lovely and the man who was working today was wonderful! Highly recommend!!”
“I have been so impressed by the team at New Shoots Tauranga and all the wonderful care they provide for my daughter. They provide excellent care to a very high standard, yet maintain a gentle and playful nature. My daughter started when she was very young and the extra time and consideration they gave to my whanau was deeply appreciated. As a new mum, the kiwi room team quickly became an extended part of our whanau which made the transition to daycare so much easier. They have been consistently outstanding and I couldn't be more grateful to have found such an awesome daycare for my daughter. They regular photo updates and nutritional meals are amongst the many wonderful things they provide!”
“As an adrenalin junkie and motorsport guy I was dubious but really enjoyed it. A great range starting from super easy start to extremely difficult and taxing at the end. Great day out even in miserable conditions”
“Lollipops Papamoa is a fantastic childcare centre! Our daughter has an absolute blast there, and the staff are so wonderful and caring with her and all the other kids. I would recommend Lollipops to anyone!”
“Daniel was very knowledgeable and listened to me, which I appreciated. He recommended a course of action and explained it clearly. Thank you.”
“Although full restoration of the Municipal Building is incomplete, the Opera House, Foyer and Atrium conversion (to a fully operational function centre) restore the complex to a functional state capable of hosting large events and conferences. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and organised, willing and able to assist from planning to execution of your event. The Opera House acoustics remain world class, the upgrade has improved audience comfort while retaining its Art Deco era appeal. From a technical A/V perspective I did notice a small amount of noise from the venue power supply, but this was easily dealt with.”
“Vital resource staffed by wonderful empathic but realistic people. A safe place. Various classes held and support of needed is there to. I'll say again. A safe place. It's calm and gentle but with events and classes to stimulate. You don't have to be referred. Great spaces for artistic classes plus so much more. If you're in need of info to help protect you, but it's not an emergency as such,( maybe getting there though), these wonderful hard working - Angels in disguise, will not just point you in right direction and hook you up with those you need, they offer comfort to those who were in dire need and no one else to talk to. Trust them. Also just for any lady, Trans or non binary to enrolled in many self improvement classes and creative classes when you thought your creativity had been crushed out of you. Just go visit even if it's just to sit in the sun and have a cup of tea. They are a huge resource. Make use of them.”
“Bright, warm with friendly staff. Rainy days are the perfect day to visit.”
“Perfect place for kids to play, Has a fenced playground for younger children and heaps of space and equipment for older kids. The rose garden is beautiful to walk around”
“This playground is a fun and safe place for kids. It has swings, slides, and cool things to climb. There are trees, trails, and even places for butterflies. The park is clean and has shade to keep you cool. It is a great spot for families to play and relax...”
“My boys love this place - great venue for our takiwātanga tamariki to have fun and be themselves. Amazing staff. Recommend to all our neurodiverse whanau to check them out. Also available for hire for birthday parties etc. Much love to Mac & Maria for having this safe space built”
“Relatively new park with a huge area, there's a skate/scooter park, basketball courts, a toddler park, multiple smaller play areas just for balance type of play, a zip line, and a huge area for picnics and walks next to a man made lake. Easy access for people taking public transportation as it is right behind the manukau train station. For those driving though, not much parking next to the park. My son enjoyed it thoroughly and didn't want to come back even after spending 3 and a half hours there, and we didn't even bring his scooter or skateboard.”
“Remarkable place for playing.... also got skating track.”
“Great park I went there every day after school I had so much fun definitely recommend to go”
“Great community facility for kids to hangout and chill well run by facilitator.”
“Great for children’s playground and walks”
“The best place to see moon rise. The sky goes colour full”
“Very fun and versatile playground in large size. Flying fox, huge rope swing, mini trampoline, gym equips, rope climbing, sand pitch, kids water pumps and lake view etc. Always spend lots time after Costco visits - only thing is quite windy mostly”
“Outstanding! First time we've visited, and this is the best playground we've been to in our nearly 8 years in Auckland... even worth the trip all the way from east Auckland! We will be coming back, and I understand there are a few other similar playgrounds in west Auckland! Very impressive!”
“A lot of work has gone into these tiny fairy houses, craftsmanship by the fairies is first rate! My 4yo loved them and waited for fairies to turn up. "They're asleep now, they only come out at night Sweetheart!" :)”
“A very attentive script-killing store!”
“Very kind staff. Recommend their youth activities here.”
“Great playground for the kids at a wonderful beach park. Plenty of grounds for picnics or gatherings. Clean bathrooms and changing rooms. The beach is excellent for walking or swimming.”
“Come here quite regularly as the boys love it. Climbing slides, sandpit, flying fox as well as a good area to kick the ball around.”
“Love going to the zoo was good to see Auckland zoo again”
“What a great and beautiful theatre the Civic is. It has so many spaces, and walking inside feels like being in a movie. It was also used by Peter Jackson to film King Kong, and today it hosts international shows. The place is very well kept, with respect for the time when it was built. The hall with its starry sky. The bronze. Everything always shining. Very recommended to visit.”
