   This is a quiet, calm and spacious indoor playground with lots of different sensory experiences to enjoy - we loved the bumpy floor tiles, the gadget wall, the variety of swings and especially the chill room. Our 4yo and 6yo enjoyed exploring the different activities. The playground/zones have been carefully and thoughtfully set up. The chill room was so calm and relaxing. We went on a Friday morning (there were about 6-10 other kids there).

   My boys love this place - great venue for our takiwātanga tamariki to have fun and be themselves. Amazing staff. Recommend to all our neurodiverse whanau to check them out. Also available for hire for birthday parties etc. Much love to Mac & Maria for having this safe space built

   Great indoor playground. We had a great time today. Not too many people so not too noisy and overwhelming. It was a bit difficult to work out how it all works and times and cost etc since there is no website. But we rang up and booked in our session. $27 and we left before the session was over so we have an hour to use for free next time ❤️ Such nice understanding staff. They were so helpful talking with us to answer our questions and work out funding and how to get help for our daughter. The only thing which probably isn't a problem for all autistic kids but my daughter didn't like the air freshener smell which was quite strong in the entrance. She didn't want to come inside the building. We eventually got in her but she was bothered by the smell most of the time. Just something that might be a problem for other kids

   This place is AMAZING!!! We finally found a place for our Autistic son to enjoy himself its the first time hes played in a indoor playground without having to block his ears or wear his earmuffs. Chipmunks is way too loud for our boy. Spectroom play zone is sooo much better. The owners are so lovely too. Place has everything an Autistic child would love. Extremely clean too. My son had the best time! Will definitely be bringing back our son again.

   My son went for the first session for holiday program. While I thought my son wouldn't stay, he did stay. The ladies were lovely and they were engaging with my son. Found the holiday program to be expensive. $80 for 3 hours.

   Family came for a birthday and raved about the experience. It was amazing the care to different sensory experiences, different swings, the lights, bubbles, water play and tiles were awesome, and also the importance of quiet dark spaces too for different times. I wish there were places like this when we were kids.

   Simply AMAZING! We love taking our son here, he leaves so much more content and happy. Unlike other indoor play places, that are too overwhelming for kids on the ASD spectrum, Spectroom is quiet and full of interactive toys and wonderful safe play equipment. Other places may frown upon a kid who is on the spectrum, Spectroom encourages they unique play style and the friendly atmosphere makes it just as enjoyable for adults too. Thanks again for making such a magical place for everyone to enjoy!
