The enterance has a lot of wall hangings like you are in somebodys living room and then boom you are in a garden with weird trees a huge cart and huge water tap. This place makes you feel puny

A flat path that appears to be undulating leads to some severely pruned trees that take on an otherworldly presence. A large gate, wheelbarrow and shovel add to the surreal feel of the garden.

Surrealist Garden is an incredible and unforgettable experience that should be on everyone's bucket list. If you're a fan of art, design, or just looking for something different, this garden is not to be missed. The attention to detail in the garden is truly remarkable. Every sculpture and installation is carefully crafted and placed to create a cohesive and immersive experience. It's clear that the artists behind the garden have poured their hearts and souls into every aspect of the space. The Surrealist Garden is a great destination for all ages. Children will love exploring the winding pathways and discovering the whimsical sculptures, while adults will appreciate the thought-provoking and surreal artwork.

This garden is absolutely fabulous. With moving tree limbs and over sized things it’s definitely a step into a world of wonder. The door is very much the big attraction but a few other things looted around the gardens edges that are also over sized makes an equal photo opportunity also

Not a garden as one would expect but very interesting and quirky. Children love it….as do adults of all ages. Entrance is free but vaccine pass is needed and you must enter before 4.30 pm, even during Summer holidays (as in Jan 2022)

Good fun, great idea. The ivy on the surrealist plants needs a bit more tlc...

Very interesting take on a garden which over exaggerated / distorts scale and has strangely shaped topiary and sculptures. Modelled around the 1920's idea and principles of surrealism and fact the world is large, beautiful and mostly undiscovered back then. A few of the topiary sculptures do move in the wind or by some magical force Hehe. A number of the up scaled items have been forged for real with up scaled molds make them more realistic.
