Although I wasn't at the consultation with my son and instead he went with his mother she was able to relay what was discussed back to me which I found very informative. I would like to send a special thanks to the team at the Napier facility as from my first email they responded very promptly with a friendly and supportive manner and didn't hesitate to offer their help and advise.
