The repair was completed ahead of schedule and my bike now rides smoother than it ever has before, it genuinely feels like new. They even gave it a quick clean and tune-up as a courtesy, which was such a nice touch. It’s rare these days to find service this good. The staff clearly care about what they do, and it shows in both the quality of their work and the way they treat their customers. I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else now.
