Exceptional service! Blair is testament to why we should support small business owners. Couldn't let Blair's excellent service go unmentioned. I received a frame with an issue, which we dealt with under warranty (no fault at all with Spoken) and Blair went of of his non-shop time on more than one occasion to get it resolved so fast I couldn't see way to get it done sooner. Basically the complete opposite of the usual experience is with quite a few other shops. The best bit was that he trusted me, and wasn't hesitant at all. 100% recommended.

This is a great little store! Blair, Alex and Sam are very helpful and go above and beyond making sure that you leave the store 100% satisfied. On our most recent visit they were able to repair my wife's bike, which had a very annoying click that 2 other shops had tried to fix without success. They took it up as a challenge and successfully resolved the issue in a short period of time. We live in a camper and visit a lot of bike shops while travelling throughout NZ. I wish all workshops were just like this one! Thank you for the great service.
