“Shout out to these guys. They fixed an annoying creak on my Fuel Exe which is quite well documented across the interwebs. The bike shop I bought it from didn't know about this issue but PP did so I took it to them and now it is creak free :). Definately be back here for future purchases as I previously didn't know they existed in Wellington. TVM PP.”

“I brought my bike in for a minor repair which the team at 99 Bikes did quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They even resolved an issue with a brake lever as well which I hadn't mentioned but needed doing. Very happy with the work and experience !!”

“I was using another bike shop close to home for things from time to time. Decided to head across town and into Get Lost Cycling for a fork and shock service. The travel and time it took to get there was totally worth it as the team down there were amazing with their advice and service. Definitely changing bike shops now. Highly recommend this bike shop. Friendly staff with great knowledge. Bike come back running mint.”

“The team were eager to help and let me take multiple test rides which helped me feel comfortable making my purchase. I’ve just had the 6 month service and it’s back to riding like a dream. I’ve only had positive experiences all the times I’ve been in to both the Petone and Wellington stores.”

“I phoned in this morning about buying an old Santa Cruz. Can’t believe how helpful this crew is. It was like going back in time before Covid, regarding how helpful they are. They know their stuff. I will travel across town just to get my bike serviced here.”

“I've gone into this store a bunch over the year and a half that I've jumped back into cycling (daily commuter, on a fixed gear/single-speed). These guys really know what they're doing, charge decent prices, are very polite, and are very quick. I think the closest thing I'd have to a criticism is that they don't appear to have as much fixed/track bike parts and knowledge, but honestly not every shop can do everything. I cannot remember his name, but the American mechanic is really onto it.”

“The absolute best chaps in the city for all things bikes. I’ve been to Giant multiple times with questions and issues on my bike and they’re always super friendly and very knowledgable, often happy to chat or fix something basic free of charge. Special shoutout to Roman who always seems to be available when I’ve needed something fixing!”

“I just wanted to share some outstanding customer service I received from Dan and his team at Bicycle Junction even when I wasn't an actual customer. It made my week and that was last week and I'm still smiling. When my bike's disc brakes locked up so I practically had to carry my bike, I took it to Bicycle Junction for a rescue. Dan quickly assessed that my bike was in a bad way but managed to fix the brakes, give the gears a tweak and even tighten my bicycle carrier which was missing a screw, as well as blow up my tires. This all came free of charge with some sage advice to get some serious work done on my poor bike. I really appreciated the friendly no fuss service. I was able to cycle away and ponder whether I buy a new bike or get my bike overhauled. I'm still mulling it over, but thank you guys for saving me the other day. Highly recommend.”

“Easy to book online. Really lovely service in person by staff who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our ride. The 2 hour ride itself was spectacular. The climb to the lighthouse got the heart rate up and the downhill was thrilling - well worth the effort. And cruising back to the start with the wind in our faces was just exhilarating. We highly recommend Wildfinder for their service, quality of bikes and location.”

“Popped into Capital Cycles for some help with my tyre and found really great service. Paul had good vibes about him, the type you find amongst cycle enthusiasts. He gave me a decent price for a new tyre and pump, and he put it on in no time, then he helped secure a loose brake cable. Also, they didn't mind my small dog waiting in the store, which is always nice.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff, always greeting us when we walk in and chatting to the kids. Very helpful and have a wide range of products in store. We have purchased all our kids scooters from here along with helmets. We also purchased our two older sons bikes from Evo cycles and were disappointed that it didn’t receive a free service, they said their best deal would be $199 for 3 services. MyRide however when buying my daughters bike at the same time, have advised that we get a free service at 6 weeks, 12weeks and 6months. So if your anything like me and suck at servicing your own bike, MyRide is the place to go! Highly recommended to everyone.”

“I want to give a special shout-out to Peter and Jason who really went out of my way to help me out. I arrived at the store end of last month with a broken rim and even though they were fully booked for repairs, they found a way to order a new wheel and repair my bike in a couple of days. All this even though I literally arrived at closing time! Extremely kind and helpful people. So thank you so much!!”

“Emma, the Hutt Valley agent was friendly, very helpful while being supportive without pushing for a sale. Her general EV and Melo Yelo bike knowledge is reassuring while her commitment to me as a client is admirable. I was thankful and appreciated Emma coming out on a horrible wind night to demonstrate the Ascent bike, and appreciated her dropping off my new bike. I look forward to the Melo Yelo journey.”
