   I stopped by My Ride twice these past few weeks during a recent bikepacking adventure around NZ (once on my way down to the South Island, and then again on my way back north). Fraser and his team could not have been more helpful and generous with their time and resources. On my way down south, they quickly helped me with a rear hub replacement and service, and on my way back up north, they squeezed me in to replace a bent crank & Fraser also very kindly helped me through the process of disassembling and securely packing my bike into a bike box for the first time, answering a million questions I had along the way. My Ride is definitely going to be my go-to bike shop whenever I find myself back in Wellington! I can’t imagine a more awesome team to go to for any & all cycling and bike related support and repairs.

   My experience here was great. The people I spoke to were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great range of products as well. If you can't park out the front they do offer a couple of free parks above the shop, so just go past the shop turn right, into the street and you'll see the entrance to their car parking area.

   Been here a couple of times for various purchases and advice. Most recently bought a pair of clipless pedals and shoes. Staff member was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Got me a good deal on some kit better that what I was looking for but wasn't pushy about it. Pretty much insisted on installing everything there and then, as well. Top service and store.
