“Level of service i received from the Female Manger in there was absolutely amazing she was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend going here.”
“A++ 10/10! I was in Tauranga for the One Love Festival when a rock hit my windscreen and left a big chip. I first went to Smith & Smith and explained I wasn’t a local, but they brushed me off and said it would be a 4 to 5 day wait and didn’t seem to care. I then went to NOVUS Glass Tauranga and they had it fixed in just 5 to 10 minutes. I’m truly grateful for the quick, affordable, and friendly service. Highly recommend NOVUS Glass Tauranga. Thanks again!”
“Nice team, good service, fair price. Not much more you can ask for.”
“BEST PRICE, friendly staff, good customer service and fastest shipping I ever had.. . Would definitely recommend to anyone even though if you are not in Dunedin since they do free overnight shipping if you order 4x tyres... Thank you Dunedin Discount Tyres..”

“Great honest service from the boys on Saturday avo. Thanks for your help!”
“My dealership was going to charge me around $200 to replace my rear blade for my car. Not only did I get it for $35 @Senithu (Repco Lunn Ave) was lovely enough to switch it out for me. The best service ever! Surpassed the service of my dealership. :)”
“Very easy and time saving. No appointment needed. I am very happy with the service of Mr. Sandeep and lady at counter was very friendly. Highly recommended!”

“excellent service,helpful,customer focused .”
“Always thorough and they move you through pretty quickly.”
“Very pleased with the help and the purchase of the correct boot struts from Repco, unlike “ that other auto shop” whose site recommended the wrong strut for my car and whose store displays a comprehensive product chart for items they don’t stock and can’t order.”
“Had what I thought was a problem with my exhaust, JT Autos found the problem in two minutes and with a small adjustment everything was back to normal - no charge to me, they were just happy to help. Good guys and would happily use for any future work. Thoroughly recommended!”
“I changed my oil for the first time today and Kali at Repco could not have been more helpful, I told her I needed a new filter + oil and within 5 minutes I was out the door with exactly what I needed! Wonderful service Ill be coming here from now on :)”
“Came in with our son who was wanting to buy a campervan. Quinn was fabulous and gave us exceptional service. Nothing was a problem and her bubbly personality was front and centre. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Quinn as your go to person if you are heading to the RV Supercentre. Craig and Karen Nuttall”
“Awesome Service as usual! Friendly Staff! Great to be able to go somewhere that offers COF’s as well! You can even book in so, no need to wait in a queue. Highly recommend for your next WOF or COF!”
“Super busy spot and no surprise why! These guys know their stuff. Got a sweet deal for my old car and scored some quality parts for my new one too. Been coming here for years, but since the new owner took over, it’s leveled up big time. Good vibes, good people ,highly recommend.”
“Transmission in my car gave out. Rang Colin for a rough quote. Took the car in. Colin rang a few days later and told me the bad news that it was toast. I managed to find a second hand one thru a mate. Colin and his crew serviced, and checked over the new one. Kept us advised as to progress, and kept to the quote. Car now runs better than ever. Thanks guys! Highly recommended!!”
“AB Automatics was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. Quick assessment and repair done on my Nissan Serena van. Found Ian a friendly and informative technician to work with. Thanks for the great job done AB.”
“Great place to get recycled parts at a fraction of the cost of new ones. $2 to get in. If you like cars, it's worth $2 just for a walk around. Check their website first to see if they have the vehicle you are after. You can set an email alert for particular vehicles as they get them in stock.”
“We had a fantastic experience buying a 2023 Rav4 at Albany Toyota this weekend. The whole process was super easy and smooth and we were even able to drive away same day. Particular shout out to Harvey who was our salesperson - he was great to deal with, really friendly and helpful, and took on board what our budget and requirements were without trying to upsell us on anything.”
“I purchased a faulty product which had to be sent off to repair three times before it was replaced which, on the face of it, seems frustrating, but the team at JB Hi-Fi Victoria Street made it a breeze. Special mention to both Paris and Gus who helped me every time I came in! Fantastic team who really care about customers and their experience - couldn't recommend this store enough.”
“Shop's a bit overwhelming. I'm old. But the staff were amazing helped me get everything I needed and a little more. I'd give them 10 stars if I could”
“I was in desperate need of an AGM 12V battery for my hybrid car and all the typical merchants didn't have any in stock and shipping would take 4 days as one advised. I decided to call the team at BNT Albany and the friendly lady was able to order one in for me, it was ready for collection 3 hours later. They were able to take in my old battery too. Legend! Highly recommended.”
“The F-Type Jaguar cracked a radiator pipe, I booked it into Bayswater European (Napier) and they did a great replacement job. They checked and noted any minor repairs for future services. I mentioned the warning beep on the air spoiler being annoying and they turned it off for free. They contacted the insurer and completed the paperwork. What more can you ask? Thanks Hugh and the team.”
“A great little shop selling everything for the summer and winter season for sports and traveling. I got my snow chains there for a reasonable price and in an uncommon size (most other places are so overpriced…). The friendly owner even showed me how to put them on and gave me a great advice where I could get my car repaired. Service at its finest!”
“Fantastic service! Save our family holiday just prior to Xmas personally sourcing a very hard to find part and fitting it to our vehicle right before New Years. And for a reasonable price. I find that kind of service rare to come by and what I love about good kiwi business. Thank you and will recommend to others.”
“Thank you for all the complimentary and the odd not so complimentary reviews as it helps us to learn and provide a better service for you. Id like to clarify the two negative reviews below. A) Yes I did hire a sub-contractor to complete mechanical work in my workshop, on an as and when needed bases. This sub-contractors is no longer utilized by Cactus Cars. However if he chose to take on work for someone else on the weekend at his home around the time he sub-contracted to me and others and the job didn’t go to plan. This would be his business and has nothing to do with me as he wasn’t contracted by Cactus Cars to complete this job. and to be clear Tahlia, your vehicle has never been to by business. B) Your van was towed into us (Not starting) We spent about ½ checking your van and identified the plug leads were not transferring enough power to the spark plugs. You were given a price and agreed to have them replaced. You then asked if this would guarantee to fix it and were told “hopefully” this will be the only issue but couldn’t guarantee it. The plug leads were supplied & changed. The van spun over fast but still wouldn’t fire up. A local auto sparky was called in and was unable to identify any issues The customer was asked if they would like us to investigate further and we were told they were not prepared to pay us to investigate further. The customer was charged for the new plug leads, auto sparkys & our time. The customer then asked if a tow start would work and I advised not to as we didn’t know what the problem is. Later that day the customer decided to try and tow start the van, something broke and the engine seized . To be clear • We have no control over what a sub-contractor does when he’s not sub-contracting to us. • If a customer chooses not to take our advice and something goes wrong. We can’t be held responsible.”
