   Absolutely pathetic service! Called in to test drive a vehicle, when I arrived in the showroom, I stood around for half an hour without ANYONE dressed in Toyota attire greet or ask if I have been served, NOTHING! You cannot imagine getting this level of service under a brand like Toyota!!! Just as I was about the leave someone EVENTUALLY ask “are you ok!?????” For real?? I let this person know how horrible and pathetic their service was and he brushed it off as it was just normal. A lady now who ignored me earlier joined the conversation but it was already too late. He pointed me to the person who I spoke over the phone with, who ALSO walked past me at least five times, making eye contact and ignored me as if I wasn’t even there! I voiced my opinion again about the absurd pathetic service this branch is providing and he gave me attitude as if I was the problem, he then turned around and walked away! Absolutely disgusting, pathetic! Mate, if you worked for me, I will fire you on the spot! I wish Toyota can see how their brand is being managed, they will fire everyone on the spot and replace them with people who WANT to help and proud to be part of the brand focusing on SEVICE!! You do not deserve 1 star.

   Being a previous Toyota Customer who has owned a Rav 4 , the buying process was seamless. Harvey was never pushy with the sales pitch about the vehicle but only shared his experience of driving the Rav 4 model. Elvis -Business manager took his time to talk me through the finance approval which made it easy to understand. When I picked up the vehicle 2 days later it was fitted with the accessories I had requested which was communicated well to me beforehand. I’ll Always trust in Toyota for standing the test of time through their deep-seated commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement, achieved through robust engineering, high-quality materials, and rigorous testing.

   I have my Toyota RAV4 serviced by Albany Toyota each year, and the service is exceptional. They even drop me off at work and pick me up at the end of the day, which makes the whole process so convenient. The customer service is outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The team always takes the time to explain what’s been done and make sure everything is running perfectly. Highly recommend Albany Toyota for their reliability, efficiency, and great people.

   We had a fantastic experience buying a 2023 Rav4 at Albany Toyota this weekend. The whole process was super easy and smooth and we were even able to drive away same day. Particular shout out to Harvey who was our salesperson - he was great to deal with, really friendly and helpful, and took on board what our budget and requirements were without trying to upsell us on anything.

   I recently bought a rav4 2023 for $38,990$ and have been really disappointed. When I picked it up, the fuel was already one bar down, On top of that, the car wasn’t clean when I received it—something I would expect for the price I paid.

   Shocking customer service! We recently booked our RAV4 in for an upgrade. We received a quote beforehand, only to be told the price was 30% more, without an explanation. It was a pretty specific upgrade, so we were confident the quote would have been accurate. The job was meant to take an hour and so we had made appointments around it. We were then told it would take 3 hours without so much as an apology. This all happened the day before we flew out to our wedding and we certainly did not need the added stress. Needless to say, they have lost a customer.

   * DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN! * They gave me incorrect information about OEM vs aftermarket parts. Added additional undisclosed charges. Tried to charge me more than the original quote. Did not address a key issue with the car (that I brought it there to fix). Attempted to return the car when it was dangerously un-drivable. Totally unwilling to explain what is wrong with the car. Literally had to call my Dad to get them to listen, as they just fobbed me off.

   I was there for a WOF on 16 Aug 2023. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Service is professional and efficient. An observant Manager kindly showed me how to use the Coffee Machine when he saw me pausing in front of it. I am impressed.
