   Amazing service! I took my VW there after a recommendation, as my car was with another mechanic who would call me every day saying he had another “BIGGGG JOB” to do on my car and was racking up the bill! So I took it over to Jase and the team who fixed this “BIGGGG JOB” in 30 minutes and because I was so upset about the other place ripping me off he fixed it for me for nothing! Absolute legend. Will definitely be back there.

   Horrible ‘service’ & unprofessional. Took my car in to get boot leak checked/fixed. Jason said he’d been running water over it for 10 mins & that there were ‘no leaks to be found’. Opened up the boot to find the top soaked from all the water that was poured in... resulting in further damage. He said he can’t fix the window seal, which is fair enough, but if you knew that why would you pour water over it if you know you can’t fix it? The right side of my boot (first photo) peeled off from all that water. I’ve been chucking my car cover on it to prevent that from happening. Also asked for a polish of the headlights… looks the same. Shocking. This happened 15/07. Contacted him that night, expecting a call/text back in the morning, haven’t heard back since. At least I haven’t received an invoice yet, otherwise it would really be a problem. Waste of my time. Don’t waste your time either. Do NOT recommend.

   I've demonstrated a great deal of patience with Village European, but I've consistently encountered issues during my interactions with them. These issues range from ordering incorrect parts to scheduling service on the wrong day, along with significant miscommunication among their team and a noticeable lack of time management. The experiences I've had dealing with Jason and his team have left me feeling quite frustrated. While I've been a loyal customer due to the proximity of their location, I've decided to explore other options for my future service needs.

   The best in the business. Jason and his team did an amazing job repairing our VW golf. Last week we had issues with our gearbox. He was very quick to diagnose the issue along with a real clear explanation of the fault. He completed and repaired the vehicle way cheaper than Eurocity and all fixed in matter of few days. I was really impressed with his manner and constant communication to keep me updated on the progress. Also to my surprise when I received my vehicle is was cleaned and polished inside out. I would 100% recommend Jason and his team for any vehicle work. Honest and reliable. Thanks again
