Isham and Romni came to my house in katikati to replace my car windscreen. They were professional polite and punctual. I would recommend novus because of these great staff members .wayne katikati
My mum had booked in advance here for a windscreen repair, organised it to work in with her schedule (needed to be somewhere by 2pm) she was quoted when booking that it would take 3 hours so that left plenty of time and some. She turns up at 9am for the appointment, the lady then said it may not be finished until 2pm or 3pm, mum said she needed her car but could try sort something out and could they let her know if it is looking like it will be done later then 1 30, the lady said she couldn’t let her know, doesn’t know when it will be started or how long it will take or when it would be able to be finished. The lady was very rude and argumentative and didn’t seem to know much about much. Ridiculous. My mum will now be going elsewhere.
A++ 10/10! I was in Tauranga for the One Love Festival when a rock hit my windscreen and left a big chip. I first went to Smith & Smith and explained I wasn’t a local, but they brushed me off and said it would be a 4 to 5 day wait and didn’t seem to care. I then went to NOVUS Glass Tauranga and they had it fixed in just 5 to 10 minutes. I’m truly grateful for the quick, affordable, and friendly service. Highly recommend NOVUS Glass Tauranga. They were friendly enough but unfortunately it was a bit of a mission for me to get my window done. We did get there in the end though. I had to rebook on the first visit which was a muck around as I'd already dropped the car off to them. They tried to rebook me again on the second, due to overflow from the day before due to roof repairs. It was understandable to me up until they told me it was regular maintenance. I didn't understand why they booked me on a day that was likely to be affected by remedial work already arranged. My car was in sports mode when I picked it up which I found unusual. I was informed the eyesight needed calibration after the replacement, although they did have to drive it to calibrate the eyesight apparently, which I didn't find out until after the fact. All in all it took 2 trips to get done, the second trip they went out of their way to provide a loan vehicle which was very nice. The repair seems pretty good, no complaints on the workmanship.

Popped into Novus cause my rear view mirror had fallen off and needed to be repaired and reglued while I went for a WOF next door. I just went in to query and book in for it to be sorted but Nathan went out of his way stopped what he was doing, fixed my mirror and went next door to glue it. He even asked how my wof went and went above and beyond to help me out. I was having such a bad day before going in but Nathan without knowing, showed me nothing but kindness. Thanks so much Nathan!

Wouldn't Recommend this place !! Not only do they hardly answer their phone But they did a replacement windscreen on my van and lost my window wipers caps and bolts. I asked for them to be either found or replaced so they dropped off some bolts that did fit and caps that did not fit. I then let them know that they didn't fit and they said the original ones should be in my van which they are not. Anyway it's now been weeks and still no replacement parts and my car is no longer complete. USELESS !!
Great service and great advice. Traveling in RV and gave us ture and upfront advice on the cracked windscreen. So we continued on our way until we get home and deal with it there. Thanks again for your time and advice
