They legit so helpful, helped me and a bunch of other people after closing - they still helping people 10 Mins after close as I'm writing this. KAI pai and thank you so much for the team. My purchase was only $15 and they still helped so much.
Did a click and collect - Sunday and said ready in 30 mins or so. Get a text on Tuesday. Did an oil change and went to refill my 5L engine capacity and noticed it's only got 4.5L. Open the cap and it's being opened. Someone's topped up their oil and put it back on shelf or returned it and staff never checked. Goodness knows what's in my car now. Had no choice but to put it in cause I drained the oil
Terrible store - not even able to honour products on their national website at the same price, and didn’t even care that it was $30 on line and $82 in store for the same product . Staff in this store are unaware and actually rude / arrogant. SCA is a much more organised outfit. I’d avoid this store and I’ll be taking the complaint to comcom . (Zero stars)
My dealership was going to charge me around $200 to replace my rear blade for my car. Not only did I get it for $35 @Senithu (Repco Lunn Ave) was lovely enough to switch it out for me. The best service ever! Surpassed the service of my dealership. :)

Customer service is absolutely shocking. Staff need to be trained on how to do trade discounts, and after pay, it seems like only 2 people who work there know what they are doing.
