   arrived to pick up an item that had been placed on hold by a service desk representative. When I got to the store, it had already been sold to another customer. I was then told that they cannot hold items due to their terms and conditions. The problem is this was never explained to me over the phone. This comes down to poor communication—customers need to be clearly informed about stock levels and the store’s policy on holding items. A simple explanation like “we don’t hold items” would have saved me the trip and the frustration. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Better communication and staff awareness of store policies are needed.

   Received a Xmas gift today that had been purchased & picked up a month ago but was sold from behind the counter in slightly damaged box…. Have opened today as a gift to find it was incorrectly packaged & damaged….. seems as though it may have been previously returned & then resold without repair. Coming in tomorrow to hopefully resolve.

   Had a great chat with Anthony who was super knowledgeable about all things car related. Confidently had me leaving the store knowing what I wanted to know and more, as someone who works in retail his laid back but thorough approach is the best service you can ask for. Big up bro, will be my go to store from now on.

   I went there for a product at the shirley branch that the computer stated was in their store. I said to the salesman that was not good enough and to upgrade his system. He was quite rude and when I said I would write a review he simply said please myself he's not to bothered. This I find is definitely not acceptable.
