   I was in desperate need of an AGM 12V battery for my hybrid car and all the typical merchants didn't have any in stock and shipping would take 4 days as one advised. I decided to call the team at BNT Albany and the friendly lady was able to order one in for me, it was ready for collection 3 hours later. They were able to take in my old battery too. Legend! Highly recommended.

   Sadly issued me a belt thay was clearly the old second hand one that was returned to them and put back onto the shelf without inspection...made me miss my 3pm deadline. Always check the item before leaving the store. My mistake.

   Went in to look for some engine oil, and accidentally went a little too far back and got eyed out by the whole team and yelled at that I can't go back there even though it was a complete accident. Someone needs to teach them basic customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not on

   I went into this store, 3 people their all on the phone, eventually one chap decides to serve me and I tell him what I'm looking for. He then says, go on line and get the part number and come back. I then describe the part to him. He then says, "I'm too busy to help you with this" Must be nice, BNT are too busy to help their customers. I usually buy my get my oil & filters from BNT. I won't be back.

   Why don't you have prices on your products and how come you're advertised prices don't include GST? Seems a bit suspect to me, could at least tell your customers what they'll be spending before they're at the counter being asked for their money.
