   I had to return a set of earbuds that was faulty, and then again when the replacement pair was faulty. I was pretty nervous each time but Paris and Hayden were both super friendly and helpful, and Hayden helped me find a different brand that was better quality and comparable in price due to a good sale. Thanks guys!

   Ask if they sell webcams with autofocus... guy searches on a computer for like 10 min.. says they dont exist. I walk over to the webcam section and find one within 2 minutes Who hires people here

   I visited the JB Hi-Fi Wellington store on 5th October around 3 PM with a query regarding my account. I explained the situation clearly to the staff member, but instead of investigating or offering any assistance, I was simply told, "Sorry, we can't do much - you'll need to visit 2degrees." No effort was made to check the system or provide any support. I then went to the 2degrees store, where they informed me that they do have the ability to check JB Hi-Fi-related account, which contradicted what I was told earlier. To resolve the issue, I had to travel all the way to JB Hi-Fi Porirua, where I was assisted by a staff member named Niro. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and helped me sort out the situation. Shoutout to Niro for his excellent service. Unfortunately, the experience at the Wellington store was disappointing and reflects poorly on JB Hi-Fi’s customer service standards. I hope this feedback helps improve staff training and customer support at that location.

   I purchased a faulty product which had to be sent off to repair three times before it was replaced which, on the face of it, seems frustrating, but the team at JB Hi-Fi Victoria Street made it a breeze. Special mention to both Paris and Gus who helped me every time I came in! Fantastic team who really care about customers and their experience - couldn't recommend this store enough.

   I suppose the staff mean well, but within 4 steps of setting foot into the shop, I’m asked if I need help when I hadn’t had the chance to look! I mean, how does that work? It puts me off going there again.

   Great experience. Staff approached us and was so accomodating even though we went there when it's about 1hour before closing. We got given discounts and all that. It was a pleasant experience overall with customer service. I do wish they start to carry more tech related items like pc parts and an expanded range and broader options. But it is what it is.

   Great advice but they don't stock any of the televisions they have on display. Called another store in Westgate and, same thing. You can buy the one you want if you buy the display model or a broken one that was returned by a customer and fixed. I politely offered some feedback only to be told, "I don't need this in my life" by the sales person.

   The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable, you get the impression that they really enjoy their job. It's great to have JB Hi-Fi as there are fewer and fewer physical shops that offer you the chance to browse a selection of DVDs. And then gave an amazing collection of TV shows spanning many years. Always a pleasure to visit.
