   Got my Aqua’s battery replaced here, really helpful with explaining how everything worked, super nice boss, the pricing was also super reasonable, if you need your hybrids battery replaced I’d definitely recommend coming here!

   I brought in a 50cc moped that had a few issues with the steering and was worried that there was something really wrong with it. As soon as I entered they were super helpful, and were able to fix the steering entirely as I was waiting. Then, when I went to pay they even said that it was free of charge. Very useful staff. The drive home was awesome, steering was entirely fixed!

   I don’t usually leave reviews but I had a great experience with these guys. I was in a bind with my car as it broke down and was needing to have my car seen quickly. They were so so helpful, squeezed me in that day. Were so helpful in the diagnosis of the issue and problem solving, great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t charge me figuring out what was wrong. Huge help I highly recommend their service :-)

   I cannot recommend these guys enough. Our brakes failed with three kids in the car outside Christchurch, stranded without accommodation, nearly every mechanic in the area closed for the weekend. So fortunate to have found JT Automotive still open and managed to get our car there in time. They found the problem straight away and had our car ready to go within half an hour so we could still make it there to our accommodation for the night. On top of that, as the issue was caused by a poor mechanic back in Wanaka rather than car fault they wouldn’t take any payment. The least I can do is pass on my thanks here but me and the family owe you hugely for helping us continue on our adventures! Jonno was a great guy, unfortunately didn’t catch the mechanics name but all so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much guys, wishing you all the best.

   Definitely some of the worst mechanics iv ever seen, diagnosed my car totally incorrect did a lot of work on the front end upwards of 4 grand then released the front of the vehicle was perfectly fine from the get go and the problem was at the back of the vehicle (had a professional look at it and sort the issue). Service is absolutely shocking rude and arrogant would never ever go back and would hope as many people stay well away from this workshop.
