   It is the worst service place. They ripped me off with 2.1k and took over a month. Right after three days, the same engine shake appeared. The manager was very rude and refused to fix the car. Instead, he said completing a 1k mile should disappear the noise. I sold the car to another mechanic, and the loss was around 4k. I don't recommend them for hybrid cars. I think going to Brandon Motors or 313 Motors is much better.

   Poor communication throughout. Make sure to get a written quote. Quick to say they wouldn't give me my keys back if I didn't pay immediately. Was a bad experience me.

   I've used Graham and the team a few times now with various vehicles through the purchase dealership, minor and major faults. Yesterday I had a turbo system issue on my f30 335i active hybrid and the vehicle was dropped to the team around 3.30pm. To say the repair was efficient is an understatement, I recieved the call that the vehicle was repaired with all parts replaced and mechanical insurance delt with ready to collect at midday today. I find it hard to believe some of the negative reviews here, European cars take money to maintain and repair and the team here have never once let me down on price, efficiency and service.

   Called these guys on a whim last week wanting to find a new regular mechanic, was greeted with super friendly customer service and did not feel pushed into any extras. Was able to book within the next few days and get my exhaust repair done for a substantially cheaper price than another well known Lower Hutt exhaust specialist. Will be going back for my services from now on. Thanks team at Motortech!

   Ha, can't help but provide feedback to this business. I don't ordinarily do this often and would be doing a negative star rating if it were possible. After thinking this was a good idea to use one of my relatives place of work to fix my car's oil leak and radiator leak, his boss Graeme has charged a very decent sum of money of $2,016. I wouldn't normally have an issue spending this sort of money for car maintenance but not when I am still left with the same issues at hand and with him not willing to compromise to amend them. I don't care what you retort with here Graeme, it will not align with the evidence I have and will formally dispute your bill. You have my details so reach out if you decide to change your mind. Potential new customers, you've been forewarned.
