We cannot give you a service time as the side glass is coming in from overseas. I understand your frustration but it is being supplied by a third party and we can't control the freight time. We're doing our best.
Not a happy chappy. Car was left in a very dirty state. A roof molding not refitted. I'm not sure who is responsible for cleaning the vehicle, Anderson street panel beaters also worked on the vehicle.
Came in for a windscreen replacement through insurance which I had some trouble with where Smith & Smith argued our policy with us (the customer as well as the insurance company who wrote & covered the policy. After a stern word and reassurance that our policy did not state that I owed Smith & Smith personally an excess of $500 however, and a couple of missed calls, they did get the job done.
I suggest people not to go to Morrinsville branch as they do Not any exact date of your service. just postponing everytime you call. After so many calls when I asked them their behaviour was not as good as they should have with the customer. Rude service
