   Just fantastic service from RV Super. Centre CHCH Starting with Charne in the office with her being courteous and very quick to get back to me. Certainly without fuss A1+ service The the technical man Corey, he could have not been more helpful, his knowledge is outstanding it left me feeling very confident in their service I will be going back there Thank you RV Super Centre CHCH.

   Motorhome was fine and our trip was enjoyable, but the return experience was unacceptable and completely ruined our final day. We arrived at the THL depot at 3:30 pm, exactly as instructed (one hour before closing). Despite arriving on time, we were still waiting at 4:30 pm and the vehicle had not yet been checked in. I calmly asked one staff member when it might be our turn and was told they were busy. I understood this and waited patiently. What happened next was completely unacceptable. Another male staff member (around 30 years old) approached me and said, “You had a whole day to return the vehicle, why did you wait until the last minute?” This comment was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We paid for the full rental day, and returning the vehicle within the agreed time is entirely reasonable. Customers should not be blamed or spoken down to simply because staff are busy. His attitude showed a complete lack of customer service skills and basic respect. One staff member’s behaviour overshadowed an otherwise good rental and left me feeling angry and frustrated at the end of our trip. This is not the level of service expected from a company like THL. I strongly suggest THL reviews staff behaviour and provides proper customer service training. No customer should be treated this way.

   Came in with our son who was wanting to buy a campervan. Quinn was fabulous and gave us exceptional service. Nothing was a problem and her bubbly personality was front and centre.    Very happy customer thanks to the proactive supportive Sales and Workshop Service teams. Purchased an ex rental 2017 T540 Kea Voyager (Hi-top Toyota Hiace) from RV Super Centre Christchurch. Melinda Racz in Sales and Workshop Manager Corey Lloy, sourced, masterminded and project managed our NZ green certified Motorhome. Our requests for additional comprehensive practical lithium battery systems with enhanced solar, diesel heating and black/ grey water systems were met with a professional solution, explained, quoted and installed to our full satisfaction. Now, 3 weeks on the NZ road, camping with everything working perfectly was no surprised to us, given the professional nature and delivery by the RV Super Centre Sales and Service teams. Would highly recommend the Christchurch RV Super Centre.

   Vans are great. But allow significant time when checking in, the staff are slow and the process is cumbersome despite using the self check in process. I've done this 4 time and each time it gets progressively slower.

   We called in to the RV center in Ch ch as we had a problem with heating in our campervan They were extremely helpul and not only fixed the probglem but showed us how to fix it if it happens again They were really friendly and didn't charge us We would recommend them for all RVs Pete and Inez Manson
