   Buy anywhere but here. Never in my life have I had such a disgusting display by a person who is supposed to be running a business. Totally unhinged. Swearing from the get-go, literally throwing items across the store and throwing them outside too, refusing to honour agreements to exchange made via email (apparently by his partner) and attempting to extort money to exchange. Inbetween swearing and throwing, lying about not having items in stock, lying about spending "hours" looking up roof rack fitting (a job done in literally seconds using the Yakima website). Insulting me personally, including insulting my physical appearance lol. All of this just because I initially asked for a refund of completely unused items. There arent word enough to describe how utterly bizarre this man is. Avoid like the plague!

   Bad experience as I was talked down To by the owner. I was trying to buy gear for my hobby and was treated like and idiot. Plenty of other sports shops in Dunedin.

   Very Disappointing coming from so called professional staff. Absolutely disgusting to talk to a mother like that with her children around. Hope you don't expect too many customers now. I sure in hell won't be coming in that's for sure.

   I arrived today as had been previously agreed on, to have my newly purchased kayak rack attached to my car. Unfortunately it was raining. Mike became increasingly aggressive as he got wet in the rain. I was blamed for bad communication between management. I was blamed for rain, I was blamed for lack of safe parking to install the rack. I was then insulted, Intimidated and abused by Mike all while I was on my own with my three children. A truely hideous interaction.

   A great little shop selling everything for the summer and winter season for sports and traveling. I got my snow chains there for a reasonable price and in an uncommon size (most other places are so overpriced…). The friendly owner even showed me how to put them on and gave me a great advice where I could get my car repaired. Service at its finest!

   The CK water sport helmets that were recommended by the Sun and Snow staff to us for sea kayaking are great. They're good value for money, easy to adjust and really comfortable, even after wearing them for several hours. We would definitely recommend this business.
