Mix that vibe with the most incredibly helpful staff, incredibly knowledgable, offering great cycling solutions for our entire family. They stock an incredible range of brands both new and old, along with a climbing wall to keep the kids busy while you pay the bills. “We wanted a clamshell opening backpack to use for carry-on luggage, Garrett talked us through the features of the pack. The price was more than we intended to pay having seen similar in a competitors store online. We then went to the competitors store intending to purchase the pack but the staff ignored us (we were the only ones in the store and it was pretty obvious we were intending to buy since we'd pulled several packs from the shelves). We went back to Garrett and bought from him - why? Cos he acknowledged us, talked freely with us to assess our needs and showed us our choices all with a smile on his face. Customer Service definitely sells!”

“Always a clean and presentable supermarket like most new worlds, however personally I've not yet come across a new world that makes pies like the supermarket. -Gourmet steak and blue vein pie 9.2/10 Very suprised this hasn't won any awards. They dont spare it on the blue vein, and steak peices are very high quality. If you love blue vein cheese, you'll love this. - Steak, bacon, and cheese pie 8.6/10 All aspects of this pie are on point. Would have been higher if it was the same.shape as the steak and blue vein. However, it's still a great pie.”

“The kind of store that you go to buy one thing and leave with a bag full of stuff you think you need. Some shelves are often left untidy due to customers not returning items they no longer want and this can be annoying at times. Recommend for kid's clothing as there is a large selection of reasonably priced stock. Other redeeming feature is the opening hours, 8am to 12 midnight for those last minute purchases!”

“I would like to say that our highlight of our visit to Napier was the hospitality and kindness shown by Allan. He not only found a bike that would suit my young daughter's height, he patiently explained to us how to use it. My bike lost its electric assist on our ride. Allan, came down in his car to help out. After we dropped our bikes back, Allan even offered to drop us off at the town center. Thank you for being such a great person. A great lesson especially my kids learnt that day. We will pay it forward. Thank you Allan for giving us more than bikes that day.”

“Michelle is absolutely wonderful for water analysis, explaining what to do and why, and sorting out exactly how to get your spa and swimming pool water started and fixed. She will spend as much time with you as you need, and write everything down (especially if you have to relay to the other half). She has saved us literally hundreds of dollars and we have the clearest and sparkliest spa and now coming up swimming pool (from ground zero) - everything has happened exactly as she told us, text book style. I nearly went to a box shop expecting to spend hundreds, thankfully, as Michelle has had us on the straight and narrow with the spa, I drove past the box shop where I was parking, and decided to ask Michelle. She went through my box of existing products and I only needed a $35 bottle of product. Gear - as in robot pool cleaner. We had expected to spend about $1900...for our purposes (above ground steel wall pool) we didn't need to spend that much. $1500 savings - our robot doesn't need to walk the sides but none of the other shops had told us this! Thanks Michelle - no wonder you have such a loyal and consistent customer base!”
