   I experienced terrible service at the counter from two ladies. The shop was quiet, yet they didn't greet me or ask if I needed help. I was there to buy something, but the offer had expired. When I asked if they could honor the special, one of them rudely dismissed me, saying either I buy at the current price or leave it. I understand the offer had ended, but her attitude was unacceptable. When I asked when the special might return, she was unhelpful and dismissive. As someone who has worked in retail, I know customers are everything. I give their service a 1 out of 5. This kind of behavior is not good for business.

   Horrible Customer service, was not acknowledged or greeted what so ever and the two woman behind the counter were having a gossip session, did not bother to ask if I needed help and considering how quiet it was you’d think they would want to upsell. Some people just shouldn’t work in retail.

   Some fantastic products great staff friendly and helpful. The quality of the western saddles is very disappointing though. They are cheap and extremely bad fitting saddles.

   My Husband went into saddlery Wharehouse today and had the worst customer service He has ever experienced to date. He Began with saying a friendly hey and how are you going? Only to be ignored, he then asked “do you have any stock whips?” only to be answered with “ “how would I know” this was by a women behind the customer service desk who was not corrected by the women next to her that appeared to be a manager. They stayed there as I preceded to ask where they were in the store and again was responded with “if there is some, they will be by the whips..” well clearly that would make sense but a point of direction would have been appreciated. As farmers We will not be supporting a store who thinks being unhelpful and rude is ok. I’m genuinely shocked at the attitude they had, especially towards my two Māori foster boys that were with me and they treated as if they were going to steal something. Incredibly disappointing. Not even a thank you when I left.
