Bad staff. Rude and strict about rules. When i came in to give my 2 week notice to cancel my membership at the end of the year they left it there for months and i had to keep paying. I had to email, call and file a complaint, just so i could get my money back and cancel the membership which would have been solved if they did their job.
This place slaps. Nice people, nice equipment, great environment to work out. Ariel made me a cup of tea one day out of nowhere. Good job!
Great staff, great environment. Small and easy to find things and well maintained, out of all of the gyms I’ve been to, flex havelock north is indeed my favourite around.
Literally the best gym I've ever been to. Great range of well maintained equipment and the staff are top tier! Absolutely like a second home!
You all come and train with Jack, he's awesome I mean you'll get to meet all of those lovely guys, Liam, Samson, and them. They are all friendly like Jesus dying on the cross.
24 hour open fitness center, suitable for people finish work late.

One of the best gyms I've been to. Very friendly/family like atmosphere. Clean, and it has a variety of equipment, including boxing gear. Really enjoyed my experience at this gym.
